Es war ein sehr schöner und gelungener Badeurlaub.

Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr nettes Personal, insbesondere kann die Bedienung im Restaurant hervorgehoben werden. Das Essen war schnell serviert und sehr lecker. Der Zugang zur Therme war direkt angebunden.

Ein wunderschöner Wellnesskultururlaub !

Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung.
Der unterirdische Gang zur Therme war supergut: einfach Badeanzug und Bademantel an und los!
Kein lästiges Umziehen.

Cons:

Die Platzzuweisung beim Frühstück; in anderen Hotels ist dies frei, ausser man hat mit Halbpension gebucht. Es war ein wunderschöner Tisch frei, es hat geheissen, er wäre besetzt, es kam aber keiner mehr.
Das geht nicht, das ist die Macht der Frühstücksdamen.

könnte sein wir kommen wieder, prüfen aber mal das Personal, obwohl die Dame vom Frühstück war nett.

Frühstück und Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Die Lage ist super. alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplatz am Haus sehr gut.

Eine Dame an der Rezeption war nicht gerade freundlich. Tags darauf mit neuer Besetzung viel besser.
Als wir den Begrüßungstrunk, spricht Prosecco wünschten, wurden wir von der einen Bedienung nicht gerade freundlich bedient, sie machte uns darauf aufmerksam, damit wir den Platz umgehend verlassen müssten, wenn Sie diesen Platz braucht. Obwohl der ganze Biergarten um 17 Uhr leer war. Da frägt man sich schon warum wird so ein Begrüßungstrunk angeboten, wenn es dem Personal nicht passt? Eventuell mal darauf hinweisen, etwas freundlicher mit den Hotelgästen umzugehen. Folge dessen haben wir dort auch nie zu Abend gegessen und haben uns ein Restaurant mit freundlicher Bedienung gesucht. Eigentlich schade, Speisekarte hätte leckere Angebote gehabt.
