toller Aufenthalt - wunderschöne Gegend - sehr gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und schön. Das Frühstück gut (italienisch), es gab viel Auswahl, Wurst, Käse, Obst, Müsli, diverse Kuchen, Pizza, Kichererbsen, Gemüse, verschiedene Säfte, glutenfreie Dinge, Cookies, Ei, Rührei, Crossants, Schokoteilchen, Marmelade, Honig, Ricotta, ital. Weißbrot. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick aufs Wasser. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Balkon war auch super. Personal nett und bemüht. Direkt gegenüber war eine gute Eisdiele. Beim Hotel war auch ein Restaurant dabei, man konnte dort am Abend essen oder sich auch eine Pizza zum mitnehmen bestellen. In 5 Minuten ist man an einem öffentlichen Badeplatz mit Schatten und Grasfläche! (Badeschuhe nicht vergessen) Direkt daneben könnte man sich Liegen und Schirme gegen Gebühr ausleihen. Auch SUP und Treppboote.

Cons:

Ein Aufzug wäre schön gewesen wegen dem Gepäck.

Der Parkplatz ist ungenügend. Viel zu wenig für die Gäste und das Personal. Man wird zugeparkt, da es nicht genügend Platz gibt.

Sehr laut, sodass eher abgereist werden musste. Bettwäsche sehr chemisch gerochen.
Personal zwar freundlich und nett, aber Service ausbaufähig - 2 Tage infolge beim frühstück vergessen worden.

Desayuno super variado y rico, ubicación excelente, el personal ha sido muy amable y servicial.
El hotel tiene un ambiente muy agradable, nos ha tocado la habitación para cuatro personas con balcón, tiene vistas muy bonitas. Lo recomendaría sin duda para hospedarse

Cons:

Nos hospedamos en una habitación para 4 personas, lo único que diría que no me gusto fue el baño de la habitación, la ducha muy incomoda, no tiene para colocar el jabón mientras te duchas y el espacio de la ducha es muy ajustado. Al tratar de colgar las 4 toallas luego de ducharnos fue muy incómodo. El baño siempre olía regular

Freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Grosse saubere Zimmer. Die Lage war gut. Klimaanlage vorhanden, welche schön kühlt. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Leider ist der Pool nicht direkt beim Hotel.

Awesome room view and very clean room
Pros:

Very friendly stuff, we got a Room Upgrade to a room with lake view and this was amazing. Very clean room and breakfast was typical italian and also good quality. Also the Restaurant serves great pizza at a very reasonable price.

J’ai bien aimé le lac de garde est un endroit magnifique!
Pros:

L’emplacement est bien , le personnel très sympathique . Bon petit déjeuner avec un très bon café!
Je recommande sans problème.

Cons:

La literie ne m’a plu , je n’ai pas bien dormi .

We had a good time in family during our stay.
Pros:

Waffa was a great manager and she had received us so well. The property is closer of a nice spot of the lake.

Cons:

Just small things: the place to leave the luggage in the bedroom was too small for 4 adults and there wasn’t any place to put the shampoo and soap inside the bathroom so we need to leave everything on the floor while taking shower.
