Pros:

Das ganze Team war sehr nett und professionell. Außerdem ist die Anlage sehr schön und relativ modern. Wir hatten auch ein kostenloses Upgrade für ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick bekommen.

Absolutely loved it
Pros:

Good location, spacious room , amazing breakfast, sunbeds and the pool. Absolutely vacation vibe. Very welcoming. Some parking spaces on the site. If no available, plenty around on the street. Cocktails in the evening. The location is perfect - no noise from the street but at the same time very close to promenade, beach and restaurants. I would love to come again.

Cons:

The mattress was unusual. Felt like sponge or memory pillow.

Great Staff
Pros:

Little far away from the promenade, this hotel was a good option for slowing down during our recent trip to Lake Guarda. They have free spa facilities and some paid one for massage. Their staff was extremely helpful specially Michole and Jessica who advised us on dinner options ..around town activities and ensured taxi drivers are briefed correctly (language challenges) overall we had a great stay in this hotel.

Excellent, we had a great time would stay again
Pros:

the breakfast had good options staff were attentive. The room was spacious.
The staff are exceptional, their customer service was very good, especially Nicole who worked in the bar, Kaluf? the night porter and the ladies on reception

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was not good and would have liked cupboards with drawers in the room to put clothing into
