Adelais Bay Hotel

The staff were very helpful. The room was nice but the bed was a bit too firm. The pillows were small but the staff told us we should have asked for more. Our view was lovely and the all inclusive package was well worth it. The bartender Kyle was amazing and truly lovely to meet. He made our stay that much better. I rated it 4 only because of my preference for a softer bed and very firm pillows. Otherwise I would definitely return there especially if Kyle and the same chef were there.

Excellent stay. All staff very helpful and friendly. Cleanliness first class. Lovely pool.

On arrival at hotel they could not find our booking which is more the fault of hotels.com.
Once they checked my phone confirmation all was sorted.
The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Our rooms were really nice although we would have liked tea and coffee making facilities. In 2 of our 3 rooms we only had 1 usable electric socket.

Had a great stay. The hotel was very clean and both quiet and had a great atmosphere by the pool area. Prices at the bar were reasonable also unlike other hotels where my family were staying. Location is good. Walk to the beach is not long at all. Around 20 min walk to the pubs but there is a bus stop not far from the bottom of the grounds which costs €1.50 during the day it €2.50 at night. Even went the other way and took a trip to Ayia Napa which only took around 20/30 mins. Again, for €2.50! Can't go wrong!

Good pool area. Hotel bit old fashioned. Friendly crew. Noisy room doors

The hotel needs a renovation immediately. The rooms are very old and the air-conditioning is too noisy. The bathroom was clean enough but it was too old that a lot of spots and stains were obvious. The breakfast was decent. However, the staff was really helpful and welcoming.

Wow, what a super experience we had at this hotel. It was awesome, everything was perfect. I was really pleasantly surprised by the staff, Rafaela at the front desk was super nice and helpful with infos regarding the area and things to do. We had a minor issue with our room that was immediately addressed by Larisa the manager. Being a frequent traveller i was pleasantly surprised by the demeanour and quick reaction of the management. Wow that s a first the service was flawless way over the 3* of the hotel.
The pool area is really nice with a nice pool bar. The pool super clean and tje staff always trying to be nice and helpful.
The restaurant is really good and with affordable prices.
Really a 5* service in a 3* hotel.
We are definitely going back here.

Had late check out included in the price but hotel said they didnt have it on their booking so couldnt give it to us. Water came pouring through the ceiling of my sons room all over the electricity box and all in their bathroom but wasnt offered another room or even have the bathroom cleaned. The furniture was a little dated and the fridge switched off when you left the room and removed to card from slot. Other than thet it was clean and the staff were friendly. Lovely pool area and pool bar.

Overall it was a good stay. For the money we had paid we couldn't have asked for anything more. The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night. We had a car, but it is within walking distance to a great beach near Cavo Maris hotel. The curtains in our room were no blackout. Breakfast was basic.
