Pros:

A equipe é extremamente simpática e solícita. O pessoal da recepçao, limpeza, restaurante e a motorista estao de parabens. A infraestrutura do hotel é muito boa, gostei bastante.

Cons:

O que eu não gostei foi que, na ala onde me hospedei, a pia ficava do lado de fora do banheiro e a janela do mesmo ficava para o corredor dos quartos. Achei bem esquisito e desconfortável.

Os funcionários são magníficos, muito solícitos, gentis, educados e prestativos. Os serviços de bar e restaurante muito bom e de preço justo. A van é um serviço FENOMENAL! A motorista é muito profissional, educada, eficiente e calma. A limpeza de todas as áreas é muito boa

O quarto é horrível!!! Não, horrível não, é catastrófico! Na janela fica a chaminé do restaurante, calcule o cheiro, a fumaça e o barulho constante. Como se já nao bastasse a caixa de energia/bomba de tudo fica na janela do banheiro, CARACA, barulho 24 horas sem cessar, impossível ter tranquilidade. A TV nao tem acesso à streaming, a tomada ao lado da cama (esquerda) nao funcionava, a piscina aquecida não estava aquecendo,enfim, faltou manutenção geral, mas o principal pra gente foi a falta de silêncio e do ar marítimo sem cheiro de alho ou fumaça, dar uma boa avaliação não é possível com a experiência que tivemos, uma pena realmente.

El servicio del personal. Todos son muz atentos. Tienen un servicio de transporte a la plaza con sobrilla y sillas que es muy conveniente, a pesar que a la playa se puede ir caminando sin problema.

Cons:

Estaria bien que en las horas cuando no hay personas en la piscina (06:00 07:00am) permitieran a las mascotas usar la piscina.
