Cons:

A piscina estava em manutenção e não avisaram, muito suja. Só depois de 3 dias pudemos usar. A fiação das luzes da piscina estavam expostas. Mas no geral, já me hospedei umas 5 vezes e sempre é muito bom. Funcionários nota 10. Voltarei.

A equipe é muito boa, o hotel está muito bem localizado, mas foi caro.
Pros:

O serviço e o time são muito cordiais, porém o serviço de piscina e de praia não está condicente com a reputação do hotel, e o valor pago pela diária do hotel. Precisa melhorar as instalações e ter uma equipe mais atenciosa tanto na praia quanto na piscina.
O SPA é muito bonito e limpo, mas o preço das massagens não condiz com o que se apresenta, poderia ser um pouco mais acessível e assim incentivar aos hóspedes a circularem mais pelo espaço.

do serviço da piscina e também a falta de conservação de alguns itens da piscina. Não esta condizente com o preço da diária.

Pros:

O hotel é muito bom, a equipe muito prestativa, o café da manhã excelente e lazer excelente também.

Cons:

Embora a localização do hotel seja muito boa a praia é mediana já que há muitos barcos no entorno. Fora isso tudo maravilhoso.
