Dobré raňajky - bufet a zároveň výber z teplých jedál na objednávku. Izby pekné čisté, na chodbe čaj, instantná káva a sušienky zdarma. Parkovanie je vo veľkom parkovacom dome 2 minuty od hotela, miest je tam dosť, cena 1600 forintov (cca 4€) za 24 hodín. Hotel hneď v centre mesta, príjemné na prechádzky.
Lovation
The "superior breakfast" was rather poor and served in a basement room with no natural light. Only after serving ourselves were we told that omelettes, toast, etc. could be prepared on request.
The advertised parking garage does not exist - guests have to use and pay for public city parking.
Our mansard room felt more like a student room than a 4-star hotel room, and the acoustic insulation was very poor, making noisy neighbours clearly audible.
There is also no permanent reception desk. On arrival, someone needs to let you into the hotel, with independent access only after receiving the room card.
The "family-friendly" advertising is also questionable, especially as there is no elevator. Parents with small children and strollers may have to carry everything up the stairs, potentially all the way to the attic floor.
The hotel listing also appears to present photos of city facilities as if they were hotel facilities. This creates a misleading impression of what is actually available at the property.
I don't know what the Hungarian standards are, but from an international perspective, the overall facilities and service do not correspond to what one would normally expect from a 4-star hotel.

Perfect location in quiet side street but central to beautiful old town of Gyor. Very comfortable and spotless room with a welcome area with free cold water, tea/ coffee/ snacks on 1st floor for guests. We also got a voucher for a free welcome drink in nearby bar.. a lovely breakfast too and excellent and helpful staff. Would love to come back ..Gyor and this hotel were perfect! Great air con too during heatwave! Thank you!

Nagyon szép helyen van a szállás
35C-ban este és reggel sem volt víz a kávéhoz vagy teához, nem szóltak, hogy van minibár, reggelinél is csak akkor tudtuk meg, hogy van meleg opció, amikor már kiszolgáltuk magunkat a hideg kínálattal. Az fizetett összeg nem felelt meg a foglaláskor közölt összeggel.
Barokk Hotel Promenád is small hotel in the City center, good kitchen and nice staff.
Check out time is 10AM. SPA is not part of the hotel, you have to walk very far & out of hotel to use it.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése a hotelnek, valódi 4* körülmények, kiszolgálás, kedvesség, tisztaság, szolgáltatások. Máskor is itt fogunk megszálni! Behűtött szobába érkeztünk, wellcome drink, bőséges reggeli, friss fogásokkal, kávé, tea, sütemény szintenként bekészítve, szobai, fürdőszobai kellékek, végtelenül kedves személyzet, útravaló kis vizeket is kaptunk kijelentkezéskor.
A tetőtéri szobánknak 1 kis ablaka volt csak ami a sétálóutcára nézett, így természetes fényből viszonylag kevés jutott a szobába, illetve nyitott ablaknál kissé hangos volt az utca zaja, cserébe szuperközel voltunk mindenhez ami számunkra fontosabb volt most! (Az ablak hang és hőszigetelése kiváló csukott ablaknál semmi sem hallatszott az utca zajából, és az új klíma is szépen tette a dolgát.)
