It was close to people we were visiting
Staff were very rude. The rooms are out of date. The washcloths had yellow stains on them. They made copies of our credit cards and would not give them back at checkout. Then there were unauthorized charges the day after we left! They charge way too much for pet fees that aren't listed up front! 200.00 to be exact, and a 100.00 dollar damage fee that's refundable. We made sure to have them inspect the room so we could get that back! They also said they would give 100.00 back since we left it as nice as it was when we got there. That didn't happen! We also put on request to have downstairs unit as my husband and I are both disabled. They would not accommodate, so everytime our pets had to go out, we were up and down the stairs! When our family came to visit us there the night we got in, they chased him and started grilling him about where he was going, and he said to visit his parents, and they barked, no more people! They make you sign so.ething that says no visitors after 7:30. Our visitors were there at 6. I don't recommend this place to anyone disabled or with pets! We stay at many different places when we travel, and this was the worst!

The front desk was very pleasant to chat with. The location is perfect-easy access to shops, restaurants, and of course.... the BEST UNIVERSITY IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD. While the decor was stuck in a time capsule, it had all the amenities: mini toiletries, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, TV, and wifi. The only thing it didn't have in the room was coffee. But the lobby had coffee and it was good coffee on top of that! I'd definitely stay again.

Patterned sheets were a surprise change from standard whites, and very comfy. That alone raises it above expectations for lowest price available, when all that was needed was a bed.

There was nothing I liked. The staff is from a third world. Country does not care about how you feel. When I got to the room it looked nothing like the picture they showed on line.
There was no TV the people above me. Were having sex all night long and banging and dropping s*** on the floor. I will never stay there again and I.

The room had blood on the mattress and in the bathroom, and we informed them but they didn’t care.
The old lady at the reception is very bad — she didn’t want to return the $100 deposit.
She told us to clean the room before leaving or it would be deducted from the deposit.
We didn’t use the room at all, just slept, and in the morning we were in a hurry to work.
Then she deducted $30 from the deposit just to tidy up the room.
The old lady is very bad, and the reception smells terrible.
