Cons:

The room was dirty, especially the floors. When I walked on the floor in my socks they were black on the bottom. The air conditioner was very high on the wall that I couldn’t reach it. The calking was peeling all around the bath and there was dirt in the corner between the tub and the door.

Good value for price.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The rate for the dog was good. The location was good.

Cons:

There was not a kettle to boil water for tea. The peanut butter pads were open from being squished. There was yogurt and bread. No juice. The password for the wifi was not given and could not find in room.

Pros:

Lots of space kitchenette was cool

Cons:

One of the beds was hard as a rock and my partner is still sore 2 days later. Breakfast is lackluster for the price, suite was outdated af.

Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was nice , adequate as comlimentary.

Cons:

Room cold on arrival. No directions re operating tv. Had to go out of room to reception when requiring assistance as phone was unplugged. Firm bed base creaked. Had to ask for tea and milk. Floor was dirty as my feet were dirty when stepped in the bath. Taps difficult to operate

Great value, wonderful staff.
Pros:

Great location, fantastic staff. The beds are comfortable and the linens were nice. The 2 double bed rooms on the main floor are quite small so best for families. The coffee was good but the breakfast options were limited but again, good for families with children. Very good value and I would definitely recommend and return. Thank you.

Cons:

The room was quite small but functional. I would have liked something fresh for breakfast but the available options like waffles and yogurt would be a hit with kids.
