Indignação por passar frio e sem retorno do gerente.

Fiquei de domingo até quarta-feira, me trocaram 4x de quarto, e nenhum deles o ar condicionado no modo quente estava funcionando. Em 2 quartos o banheiro estava com muita água devido vazamento do cano, passei frio porque só me deram uma manta para se cobrir e segundo funcionários não tinham cobertas para fornecer. Primeiro dia de inverno fez 6° em Curitiba, e eu passei frio no hotel. Pedi meu dinheiro de volta pelos dias que ainda faltavam, assim eu conseguiria ir para outro hotel. Porém, gerente não quis me dar e ainda não me ouviu devido à manutenção que precisava ser feito nos quartos.
