Recepcionista muito atencioso

Cons:

As acomodações são bem antigas e falta manutenção, o banheiro do quarto estava com vazamento. O que deixou a desejar foi o estacionamento, ele não está incluso, é preciso pagar uma taxa separada, até aí tudo bem, porém de manhã quando nos entregaram o carro, o banco do motorista e do passageiro estavam encharcados, como se os vidros tivessem sido abertos, coisa que tenho certeza absoluta que nós não havíamos deixado antes de entregar o carro.

Bom custo-benefício, sem ser espetacular
Pros:

Localização. Fiquei ali para estar próxima ao centro da cidade e foi perfeito.

Cons:

Instalações muito antigas, especialmente na recepção e elevador e alto custo do estacionamento.

Não recomendo, fiquei desapontada
Pros:

Boa localização, staff da recepção simpáticos, cama grande.

Cons:

Limpeza muito precária (tinha restos de comida dos hóspedes anteriores no frigobar; cabelos no box), chuveiro bem ruim, cheiro de esgoto subia dos ralos no banheiro, staff não passava todas as orientações, estacionamento paga a parte.

O quarto não funcionava:
Chaveiro gelado
Tv não entrava nos canais
Toalhas não foram trocadas por dois dias mesmo eu deixando o pedido
Lixos sem tirar por dois dias mesmo eu pedindo o serviço de quarto
Nós que fomos até um lugar no andar e pegamos toalhas e papel higiênico, pq só tinha um e não levaram mais quando pedimos.
Péssimo.
Alguns funcionário eram educados, mas a maioria nem nos respondia adequadamente.
