Excellent
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, with wide variety of options (not limited to Indian cuisine).
The hotel team was always friendly and attentive.
The room was equipped with USB‑C and USB‑B charging ports.

Cons:

The gym was nice, but the ceiling was too low to do some exercises.

A grandeur that lost its crown, or should we say old lion still growling ?
Pros:

Pros : nice spacious rooms including big toilet (compared to Hilton, Novotel etc)
Comfi bed
Water flow and tes/cofee
TV though limited channels , just enough
Parking for guests
Big banquet/restaurant

Cons :
Swimming pool under repair, labourers make noice duing waterproofing work. Want aware that pool is out of order

Weighing scale out of battery

Only 1 set it towels, napkin, etc perhaps they weren't aware that it's 2 pax, but they promptly offered two upon asking
Good taste could have been better (not show big qty devoid of quality food or good taste)
Air conditioning system: gives same cooling , be it 20 degrees or 28 , I even tried 30 degrees (still cold)
So looks like the HVAC system ,perhaps 20 year old) hasn't evolved with time. Made ou night very uncomfortable, Zero Marks for this reason.

Pros:

Staff were very good and catered for us very well. Hotel was clean and we were there for the T20 cricket world cup and staff came to give us free jerseys & had night buffet open until 12.30am.

Cons:

Pool was closed for maintenance but the hotel arranged free transport to a nearby hotel to use the facilities which was nice.
