Be careful very bad bed

Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner est très bien. La vue sur le lac depuis la salle du petit-déjeuner.
Le personnel est présent, acceuillant et disponible.

Cons:

Le manque isolation phonique entre les chambres. Gare aux voisins ronfleurs !
C'est un détail ; je trouve dommage que l'hotel ne profite pas plus de sa proximité avec les berges du lac, même les chambres côté lac ont une vue sur un parking.

Bellissima la sala colazioni con affaccio diretto sul lago.
Comodo parcheggio privato di fronte alla stanza di motel. Ampia stanza.
Presenza di frigo piccolo in camera.

Cons:

Colazione varia ma di scarse qualità. Cuscini scomodi.
Tappo della vasca non funzionante.
Ci sarebbe piaciuto avere un bollitore in camera invece della macchina per il caffè.

It was not stated if you will be given a hotel or a motel room. We wanted a hotel room but during check in, the receptionist told us it's a motel room.

When we questioned her, she insisted that it is indicated on the website. At the end, she was speechless as It was not stated at all at their booking website.

Real bad impression given to the guest for arguing without prior confirming the fact.
