Terrible reception staff. Sweet hotel

* Great location
* Good heated pool
* Good breakfast
* Good parking on site
* Spacious room for a family

Cons:

* SUPER unfriendly, RUDE womem in reception- got there after a long drive with small children. No smile , barely a greeting. The women starts explaining rapidly and without a pause and when I dared ask a question she proceeds to scold me
" don't interrupt me let me finish". This is level z of hospitality. Left a very bad taste for the rest of our stay. Worst experience in a hotel ever.

* Service in general left much to be desired. My husband brought all of our baggage (there was a lot) and aside from an older gentleman from the cafeteria offeringto help (which my husband did not accept his kind offer) the 2 younger staff in reception did not even blink his way.

* Very old fashioned bathroom but especially bath/shower. They are combined so bath is good but shower for the adults is poor- low water pressure and poor shower head/system. An adult can barely hit the water. !

* No restaurant on site (apart from breakfast)
I would at least consider moving the sweet items and cakes ( which are very nice) from the breakfast buffet to a complimentary afternoon coffee/cake for hotel guests.

* Would not classify this is 4 * Hotel.

Increíble la ubicación y la estadía excelente. Desayuno top.
Pros:

Lo vintage. Dicen q se quedó en el pasado pero esa es la magia de este hotel.
Está muy bien conservado y limpio q es lo principal

buena ubicación, céntrica y con supermercados y restaurantes cercanos.y cuenta con aire acondicionado en habitación.

Lamentablemente la experiencia fue muy mala. Las camas son extremadamente incómodas, con colchones antiguos y desgastados; las camas de una plaza y lahabitación cuádruple no cumplen un mínimo estándar. El baño presentaba hongos y un jacuzzi grande que no funciona con una ducha al medio del techo que esta a punto de salir y está en mal estado.
La ropa de cama estaba rota y manchada. El servicio de limpieza es deficiente: veladores llenos de polvo, las camas solo las estiran sin preocuparse de que las sábanas queden bien puestas, no sacuden ni repasan los baños.
Los televisores son muy antiguos. Los ascensores están en mal estado; mi madre quedó atrapada y a otros pasajeros les ocurrió lo mismo.
En el estacionamiento, los autos quedan expuestos al sol, ya que no cuentan con techo.
Es una lástima, porque el hotel tiene potencial, pero el valor cancelado no lo vale. Además, exigen pagar el total antes de llegar, aun cuando dejé mi tarjeta de crédito a disposición. Ojalá mejoren, porque con mantención y mejor gestión podría ser una buena opción

Alguna cosas como el jacuzzi no funciona en la habitación , el aseo mal realizado durante nuestra estadía , encontramos unas camas sucias ( se notaba que fue a la rápida ) , para lo que cobran son detalles muy importantes
