Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und sehr einladend. Das Frühstück bot eine reichhaltige, frische Auswahl, die keine Wünsche offenließ. Wellness war super sauber und groß. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass der Parkplatz ohne zusätzliche Kosten genutzt werden konnte. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Cons:

Wir waren sowohl im Restaurant 1252 als auch in der Bar. Dabei sind uns ein paar Dinge nicht aufgefallen. Das Restaurant bietet eine kreative Küche, was wir sehr positiv fanden. Allerdings stehen die Portionsgrößen aus unserer Sicht nicht ganz im Verhältnis zu den Preisen. In der Bar habe ich einen Espresso Martini bestellt. Leider bestand das Glas zur Hälfte nur aus Schaum. Aus meiner eigenen Erfahrung im F&B-Bereich hätte ich ein Getränk in dieser Qualität nie so an den Gast weitergegeben. Zudem wäre es schön gewesen, wenn nachgefragt worden wäre, ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Tolles Hotel in schöner Lage
Pros:

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel. Es ist immer wieder herrlich hier zu sein. Schönes Zimmer, gutes umfangreiches Frühstück und abends eine erholsamer Aufenthalt in der Sauna.

Pros:

Waren zum zweiten Mal hier, alles Top, die Zimmer,das Personal, Service, die Lage und der Ausblick auf die Elbe, Einfach nur super. Werden sicherlich noch ein drittes Mal kommen.
