Schöne Unterkunft im Umland von Hamburg

Traumhafte Lage, modernes unabhängiges Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Service im Restaurant außergewöhnlich schlecht: nach mehreren Ansprachen und 40 Minuten Wartezeit (!) bin ich ohne Abendessen gegangen. Unverständlich, weil das Personal an allen anderen Positionen im Hotel sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

Pros:

Das Frühstück und unser Zimmer waren wunderbar. Es ist ein so schönes Hotel am Wasser. Besonders der tolle Service in der Brasserie hat uns gefallen.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, was bei den sehr warmen Temperaturen nicht gut war.

Ruhige Lage mit vielen Entspannungsmöglichkeiten
Pros:

Der außergewöhnliche Spa-Bereich, die Themenrestaurants sowie das großzügige Hotelzimmer haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Dass genau unter dem Zimmer die Terrasse war auf der sich viele Raucher versammelt haben.

Die Lage direkt an der Elbe, der unglaublich schöne Ausblick sowohl vom Zimmer als auch von den Terrassen aus, die Speisen in den Restaurants, der Service, die Bauweise und Ausstattung des Hotels...

Cons:

Der Fahrradabstellraum: er ist unpraktisch gestaltet, zu enge Stellfläche, für e-bikes unpraktische Fahrradständer und Steckdosen zum Akku-Laden sind zu weit von den Rädern entfernt. Die Dockingstation mit abschließbaren Fächern funktioniert nur für ältere, kleine Akkus.

Idealer Ort für einen Kurzurlaub vor den Toren Hamburgs in spektakulärer Lage direkt an der Elbe.

Grandiose Lage, direkt an der Elbe. Ausgezeichnetes, sehr freundliches Personal.
Schöne, moderne Zimmerausstattung. Hübsches Bad. Spektakuläre Aussicht b. d. Zimmern mit Elbblick. Ausgezeichnete Gastronomie, schöne Räumlichkeiten u. Terrassen f. d. Sommer.
Sehr lockere u. angenehme Atmosphäre in der Brasserie, sehr freundlicher Service.
Schöne Saunalandschaft zum Entspannen.

Pros:

Gut gefallen hat uns der Service in der Bar. Danke an Sebastian für den sehr guten Service.

Cons:

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Die Infos über den QR Code könnte besser sein. Die Aircondition war nicht leicht zu finden und anzuschalten. Bei 30 Grad war sie wichtig.

Pros:

Diese Unterkunft besticht durch ihren Charme und die Lage… es ist einfach sehr charmant. Außerdem ist das Personal unfassbar zuvorkommend, besonders der Auszubildende Tom an der Rezeption hat uns geflasht und er hat definitiv den richtigen Beruf gewählt! Vielen lieben Dank!

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es nix auszusetzen, aber wenn man älter wäre ist das klettern in die Wanne sicherlich eine Herausforderung
