Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Elbe, mit sehr schönem Ausblick und einem guten Parkplatz. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es wird sauber gemacht, wenn man will jeden Tag, das Gleiche gilt für den Handtücher Tausch (man hat die Wahl).

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist gut, aber mit 24 Euro zu teuer. Der Schrank ist hoch, aber an die oberen Regale kommt man mit normaler Größe schlecht ran. Im Raum mit der Toilette fehlt mir ein kleines Tischchen. Die Mülleimer könnten größer sein. Und mir fehlt eine gute Sitzgelegenheit.

Ich war angenehm überrascht und konnte die Tage gut nutzen, um zu entspannen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.
Schön fand ich die vielen Aufmerksamkeiten wie z.B. die Regenschirme am Eingang, das Fellnasen Spa, das Getränk im Eingangsbereich.
Die Sitzecke am Kamin war abends sehr gemütlich und lud zum Verweilen ein.
Die Sauberkeit und die Einrichtung im Spa waren sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Im Spa hätte ich mir ein Tauchbecken oder ein kleines Schwimmbecken gewünscht.
Die Auflagen auf der Außenterrasse waren schon sehr durchgesessen.

Chillen in Style!
Pros:

Tolles, modernes Haus mit viel Gemütlichkeit und schönem Blick über die Elbe. Zimmer geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit Omelette/Spiegelei auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Restaurant nebenan ist super-lecker!

Cons:

Nicht gefallen ist zu viel gesagt, aber in einem „Spa“ hätten wir einen Pool oder wenigstens 1-2 Whirlpools erwartet. Das was da ist, sind aber nur eine Reihe von Saunen mit Ruheplätzen.

Eine ganz besondere Adresse – das Zollenspieker Fährhaus
Pros:

Es gibt besondere Adressen, auf die man sich über Jahre hinweg immer wieder freut – das Zollenspieker Fährhaus ist für uns genau so eine Adresse.

Hier erwartet uns nicht nur die gewohnte Qualität, sondern immer wieder auch die eine oder andere angenehme Überraschung. Ein großes Lob gilt dem gesamten Team: Angefangen beim herzlichen Empfang und dem Einchecken über das äußerst kompetente und aufmerksame Restaurantpersonal bis hin zur exzellenten Küche – hier stimmt einfach alles.

Auch das Haus selbst, das wunderschöne Umfeld und die geschmackvoll gestalteten Zimmer vermitteln eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt.

Ein weiteres Highlight ist das Frühstück. Besonders die sympathischen Damen, die sich so herzlich und aufmerksam um die Gäste kümmern, machen den Start in den Tag zu etwas Besonderem.

Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unsere nächste schöne Zeit im Zollenspieker Fährhaus und darauf, wieder einmal Gast an diesem besonderen Ort zu sein.
