Good staff
Breakfast included but it was provided by another restaurant nearby.😒
AC stopped working midnight. Don’t know if it was system of AC or faulty AC.
The location was excellent, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The only downside was that the walls were quite thin, so you could hear a lot of noise from other guests and from outside.

בלילה הראשון הגענו לחדר עם מרפסת אך לא היה מזגן ביקשנו חדר עם מזגן העבירו אותנו לחדר מאוד קטן שאין אפילו איפה לשים את דברי הטואלטיקה ואין מרפסת
ביקשנו שוב פעם ביום אחרי להעביר אותנו העבירו אותנו לידר לחדר אחר עם מזגן אך ללא מרפסת והיה קצת יותר גדול
אחרי כל ניקוי חדרים לא היו משאירים מגבות מספיקות לבן אדם ביקשנו מגבות מהקבלה לא העלו לנו מגבות
המגבות גם כן היו ישנות
הכוסות של השתיה חמה בחדר וגם שנמצאות במקלחת מטונפות
Extrem gute Lage, vom Hafen Karaköy sinds nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Personal ist super freundlich. Zimmer war sauber. Haben uns sicher gefühlt. Für Istanbul Verhältnisse war es leise, obwohl das Zimmer an der Hauptstraße ist
