Würde beim nächsten Trip wieder dort hin gehen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Ausstattung war super. Wir konnten auch auf Youtube und uns Videos anschauen, das war super :-)

Cons:

Leider war es sehr staubig, vorallem auf dem schwarzen Wandregal konnte man es am besten sehen.

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, cama cómoda, limpio y a un paso de la torre de Galata y del puente de Gálata

Cons:

Habíamos pedido habitación con dos camas separadas, nos lo habían confirmado, pero al llegar la habitación no estaba arreglada para usarla y era solo una cama matrimonial, es cierto que nos dieron una suite, con una terraza amplia y buenas vistas, pero no las camas individuales que habíamos acordado

Чистое постельное бельё
Каждый день дают 3 маленькие бутылки воды
Несмотря на расположение (6 этаж, перекрёсток), уличный шум не мешал
Ресторан на крыше (не относится к отелю) не создавал шума
Вид из окна 6 этажа был на галатскую башню
Рядом (через одну дверь) есть кафе Beyzade с очень хорошими турецкими завтраками

Cons:

Фото на сайте сильно преувеличены и не соответствуют реальности.
Очень маленький и грязный холл и ресепшн.
Персонал не помогает: на большинство вопросов отвечают «не знаю».
В отеле не готовят, завтрак проходит в соседнем ресторане (по словам — раньше был в самом отеле).
Минибар есть, но он пустой.
Номер (пентхаус) выглядит дешёвым, сильно изношенным, требует уборки и ремонта.
Балкон грязный, без навеса — в дождливую погоду пользоваться невозможно.
Дверь на балкон неисправна: держится фактически на одной нижней петле, что небезопасно.
Всё буквально «держится на честном слове»: при открытии занавесок отвалился бра, сами занавески плохо закреплены.
Подушки слишком высокие и неудобные.
Дополнительная подушка лежала в шкафу без наволочки, наволочку так и не предоставили.
Полотенца: выдали только 2 банных, для рук пришлось просить дважды и забирать самостоятельно с ресепшн.
Маленькие полотенца ни разу не поменяли — просто перевесили грязной стороной к стене.
Экскурсионные трансферы к отелю не подъезжают — нужно идти до точки встречи (светофор), как выяснилось, это обычная практика.
Ресторан на крыше предлагает по сути такие же завтраки, как в Beyzade, но примерно в 3 раза дороже

Im großen und ganzen fand ich das Hotel toll und kann es trotz den drei Punkten, guten Herzens weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Zimmer war sehr sauber, groß und geräumig.
Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral gelegen. Ca. 3-4 Min Gehweg zur Straßenbahn Karaköy sowie zur Anlegestelle für die Fähre.

Cons:

Leider gab es nur drei kleine Punkte die gestört haben aber nicht dramatisch waren.
- Der Wasserdruck aus der Dusche war sehr schwach.
- Fenster sind nicht gut genug isoliert, so das man die Autos auf der Straße sehr gut hören konnte
- Die Klimaanlage war zu laut. Zum schlafen etwas unangenehm, sodass ich die mitten in der Nacht wieder ausmachen musste trotz dass nachts das Zimmer wieder kälter wurde durch die nicht isolierten Fenster. (An wärmeren Nächten braucht ihr die aber eh nicht 😜)

Würde mich freuen wenn ihr die Punkte zu herzen nehmen würdet, möchte gerne wieder kommen!!

Low Quality, but cheap and good location

Location as well as Check In /Out Times were good

Cons:

The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom had a glass sliding door with a noticeable gap, which offered little privacy when sharing the room with friends. Noise from the street was very disruptive, and the room didn’t seem well soundproofed, we could clearly hear beeping and other outside sounds, which affected the overall restfulness despite being a deep sleeper. Additionally, the bathroom wasn’t particularly clean, and the interior felt worn, with visible stains throughout.

Comodidad para patear Estambul
Pros:

La localización es fabulosa, pegado al puerto y en zona llana, habitación cómoda y un local de balik emek (durum de pescado) enfrente buenísimo.
En 10-15 minutos pasas el puente de Galata y el barrio donde se ubica es tranquilo y con mucho ambiente.

Cons:

Algo de ruido de la calle, con bastante tráfico de coches (pitan por cualquier cosa), aunque por la noche se puede dormir perfectamente. El bar del hotel es bastante caro y suele estar vacío.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Penthouse Wohnung mit Dachterrasse, Zimmer 501, ist klasse!
Wir konnten das Zimmer bereits um ca 10:00 Uhr beziehen, nachdem wir früh vom Flughafen in der Innenstadt waren. Sehr flexibel und zuvorkommendes Personal!
Sehr zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Nicht schlimm, nur nicht erwartet: das Frühstück wird nicht im Hotel serviert, sondern in einem Lokal in der Nähe. Kein Buffet. War aber prima.
Ingesamt sehr empfehlenswert!
