Everything was great. The Mall was around a 10 minute walk from hotel. Breakfast was good. Wish there were more western dish accommodations, but that is typical for most Indonesian Hotels.
My only dislike, the room was not provided with a hand towel. Just a floor towel and two bath towels.
I liked everything very much about the hotel. The staff, the rooms, the food, and generally the impression.

the pillow could have been better, it was really hard and too high.

Location is ok
The response of the staff when I made a complain was not fast. If they responded faster maybe I could move to other room with better Aircon, but the 2nd repaired was at 11PM, when I was too tired and sleepy so we had to sleep in a hot and humid room with aircon that only the blower functioning with no cold air at all.
The facility (esp air con) is not meet the standard of 4 stars hotel
What make it worst was because the price is too much compare to the experience I had.

The staff are very friendly and polite. The room is clean and spacious. The location at the center of the city.
People can smoke in the restaurant when breakfast, it's annoying. We can not enjoy the breakfast because the smell of smoke.
