Habitacion grande, mucho ruido por la mañana.
Pros:

La ubicacion es muy buena porque estas a minutos caminando a la quinta avenida, y de los restaurantes y bares populares de la zona.

Cons:

El dia que me hospede que fue en jueves el dia viernes por la mañana en horario de las 7 de la mañana habia mucho ruido el cual no dejaba dormir, y era por hobras que de construccion aledañas al inmueble, lo que me hubiera gustado que la persona de recepcion nos hubiera comentado que estan construyendo y que posiblemente habra ruido por la mañana o durante el dia. asi yo poder tomar la decision de quedarme o no.

Once contruction is complete, this is a great pace.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious snd bed was comfortable. Reception staff were some of the best i’ve had in playa del carmen. Location is perfect to explore. They watch your luggage when you check out too early too.

Cons:

Toilets kept getting clogged and the worst is the construction next door. Started at around 8 am and made it impossible to sleep. It felt like they were drilling in the room upstairs. Made the pool difficult to use too.

Sensacional! No coração de Playa del Carmem.
Pros:

Gostei de tudo! Atendentes super simpáticos,pessoal da limpeza idem e além disso,eles perceberam que eu já havia pago uma taxa e me devolveram o dinheiro depois.

Cons:

Não tem nada que eu não tenha gostado. Clima ótimo,piscina deliciosa e limpeza dos quartos sempre bem feita. Tudo novo. Água sempre nos quartos após a limpeza.

Pros:

La posizione vicino alla 5 evenida ma in una via tranquilla non lontano dalla fermata Ado,la camera grande,il personale della hall giovani,simpatici e preparati a darvi consigli e a risolvere i problemi,la camera sempre pulita e ordinata,il letto comodo e grande.

Cons:

Avrei gradito un tavolino sul balcone , il phon in camera e le lenzuola erano troppo piccole per il letto king.

Ottima posizione. Pulizia da migliorare.
Pros:

Posizione top. Per essere a Playa del Carmen in centro era silenzioso si dormiva bene. Staff gentilissimo.

Cons:

Pulizia da rivedere. Le porte interne, i vetri della finestra e la testiera del letto piene di impronte e macchie. Le lenzuola non erano stirate e quindi sembravano usate.

Nice hotel, water issue during stay
Pros:

The location was nice, close to the market which had plenty of shops and restaurants. Staff were kind and helpful. Deco was nice too.

Cons:

Water ran out. From around 3am (when I woke up to use the toilet) til about 11:30 (half an hour before checkout). It was hot so this was not great but they did offer plenty of bottles of water
