Cons:

1-I booked two rooms for my family and children, and when I arrived at the hotel, the reservation was changed to two separate rooms, each room on the floor, and I was required to pay additional fees with bad treatment from the receptionist

2 When I booked, he mentioned that there is a parking lot, it turns out that the parking lot is 1200 metres away from the hotel and with an additional value to pay

3 The reservation of passports and credit card was requested as a guarantee, and when I was rejected, the amount of 100 euros was taken back upon exit, and this is considered a lack of trust in the customer

4 When I left, an additional 24 euros were requested for a bag of chips and 1 Pepsi, which was paid, and then they sent an email asking for the same amount, although I paid it.

Pros:

Öncelikle güleryüzleri, ilgileri, muhteşem kahvaltısı harikaydı.
Çalışanların hepsi çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü.
Biz otele gece yarısı vardık. O saatte resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan çok sempatik resepsiyon çalışanı bulunuyordu.
Oda çok temizdi ve tek kullanımlık ürünlerde aklınıza gelen her şey vardı.
Şehir merkezinde her yere yürüme mesafesinde olması çok güzeldi.
Tekrar yolumuz buraya düşerse kesinlikle düşünmeden bu oteli seçerdim.

Location perfetta per una gita in centro
Pros:

Posizione perfetta per girare il centro. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione ottima e ricca di varietà. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante vicino all'hotel e siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

Cons:

L'unico appunto che potrei fare è l'assenza del bidet nel bagno evidentemente per questioni di spazio (c'è una specie di doccino annesso al wc)
