Pleasant stay with nice staff
Pros:

Overall very good stay. Requested for birthday surprise for my partner and they prepared a nice one in the room and wished my partner in person. Bfast is good with diverse spread. AKE Linda staff greeted us every morning and attended to us well and served us graciously. Keep up the good work

Great dining experience.
Pros:

My wife and I ate dinner at Scalini's restaurant on the evening of April 12th. We started with a cold meat and cheese platter and followed that with a fish course.

The first course was wonderful and the cod in the second course was prepared excellently. Chef Kim had done a super job and he was ably supported by waitress Honey who attended to us very well.

I would like to extend my heartfelt compliments for the excellent stay I recently experienced at Hilton Sukhumvit. The hospitality and professionalism of your staff truly made my visit memorable.

I would especially like to recognize Mr. Name and Ohm from the Concierge team, whose attentive service and warm assistance greatly enhanced my stay. Additionally, Ms. Jeed from reception deserves special mention for her gracious welcome and efficiency, which set the tone for a wonderful experience.

Pros:

Warm welcome was provided by khun Name and TK as the first impression upon our arrival. Checking in was handled smoothly and fast by Khun Mix and Apple. The early check in was immediately offered, even we knew that we might show up quite earlier than the check in time. During the stay, we really appreciated Khun Oui and his concierge team for local recommendations and offering shuttle service to the mall. Overall experiences were awesome until our departure. The fast check out was made with the same manager Khun Apple checking me in along with Khun Fah and Khun Joy, the process was so fast but memorable and we definitely come back again.

Awesome service at breakfast!

Awesome service by the staff at Scallini!
4 nights stay here, and we loved the Kai krata pan egg here at breakfast. However they had phased it out of the menu, but upon requesting, the manager on the floor and Ake, Fang kindly made it available for us! Please bring it back to the breakfast buffet :)

Pros:

Great stay overall. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, especially Ake who really stood out. I usually go for the breakfast and it never disappoints — a great healthy variety with fresh fruits, eggs, pancakes and plenty of options to choose from. Everything felt well organised and enjoyable. Would definitely come back again.

An Enjoyable Sukhumvit Stay!
Pros:

The Hilton Sukhumvit is conveniently located, just a short walk away from the Sukhumvit BTS Line and the Emporium Shopping Mall.

You can also easily grab a motorbike taxi or a tuk-tuk from the street.

I visited both of their restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant on the second floor. They also serve a delicious daily breakfast there. On our last day, the staff surprised us with a pancake as a token of their appreciation for our stay.

The staff were the key to a memorable stay. They surprised my mom’s room with birthday decorations, which made the birthday trip even more special. I truly appreciate their efforts, especially Khun Apples.

The deluxe rooms were spacious, featuring a comfortable working desk and a large shower room.

Will come again!
