Senior Manager staff attitude terrible , despite many complaints regarding air conditioning not working no action taken for 10 days, executive lounge in a terrible state of affairs, food removed 1 hour before closing time, f& b staff very rude no concept about satisfying guests requirements.

My stay in Hilton Sukhumvit on June 8,2026.
I always stay here when I visit Bangkok. The front desk team is very welcoming, check-in was seamless, and I loved the little welcome card in my room—it really made me feel at home. I’ll definitely be returning soon. The location is excellent and very easy to get around from.

I stayed one night at the Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok and had a very pleasant experience.
The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the BTS and many restaurants and shops. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained.
Breakfast was particularly good. There was a wide variety of options, including both local and international dishes, and everything I tried was fresh and tasty. It was an excellent way to start the day.
I also had the opportunity to use the gym, which was well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to fit in a workout while traveling. The rooftop swimming pool was another highlight—a great place to relax and unwind while enjoying views of the city.
What stood out most to me was the friendliness of the staff. Service standards are generally high throughout Asia, but the team here consistently greeted guests with a smile and made interactions feel genuine and welcoming. Everyone I encountered was professional, helpful, and attentive.
Overall, it was a short stay, but a very enjoyable one. Between the comfortable accommodations, excellent breakfast, quality facilities, and welcoming staff, I would happily stay here again the next time I visit
I'm glad to have selected the Hilton for this stay as I'm attending an exhibition and conference at BITEC. Just minutes from the BTS station plus malls on every side, 7-11 next door, the Hilton was super convenient to stay.
The room was comfortable, the staff friendly and attentive and both check-in and checkout process was smooth. I love it that at breakfast, the staff actually remembered where I'd prefer to sit and try to get me the same spot. I had the high floor so noise was not a problem.
Hilton Sukhumvit is very conveniently located near the BTS Phrom Phong station and next to the Emporium Mall. There are many restaurants and shops within a short walk and just down the street are some of the best bars and clubs in Sukhumvit as well. I highly recommend the executive lounge. The staff are amazing, the 5-7 happy hour has great food and good drinks and you have refreshments through the day. I chose to eat in the main buffett breakfast morning (inlcuded) instead of the lounge and the choices are impressive and delicious.
I would like to give a big thank you to the concierge team for their helpful service. I needed assistance to find local suppliers for parts that I needed and the team went out of their way to assist. My other personal thank you goes to the housekeeping staff who welcomed me back to Hilton Sukhumvit with a very special decoration for my birthday. I highly recommend this hotel and thanks again to all of the staff!
Great location. BTS, Shopping Malls convent stores all are very near. Very spacious and clean room. Great value for money
The breakfast was very good. The staffs were very helpful specially Linda, Emmy,Ton and Emiely.
The GM Ms Rachel Davis had interacted with me at least for four times at Executive lounge and restaurant during my stay. Above all got an upgrade to King Junior suit.
