location was good for business and high end shopping - plenty of good restaurants and bars available plus close to the train station - 2 mins walk very easy to get around the city

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok. The hotel is in a great location, close to the BTS and surrounded by many restaurants and cafés, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What made my stay truly memorable was the exceptional service from the staff. A special thank you to Wawa, Namtip, and Punch for their kindness, warm smiles, and genuine hospitality. They were always helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Their excellent service made my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

Parents be advised, you’ll be expected to share a queen size bed with your 2 teenage children, doesn’t matter if it’s a girl or boy. The other alternative would be paying 2000Baht a night for an extra bed. No where on the website does this disclose this information. Their solution was to book them both as adults which is unbelievable because would you call a 13 year old an adult? On another note, the beds are complete concrete, would’ve been comfier sleeping on the floor. I am nearly 50 and already have a weak back as it is. Will never be booking again🤬.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok. Considering the hotel opened in 2013, I was genuinely impressed by how exceptionally well maintained it is. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent bedding that ensured a great night’s sleep. Although the hotel is located just steps from the vibrant Sukhumvit area, being set in a quiet alley made the room peaceful and relaxing.

What truly made this stay memorable was the people. Special thanks to the Operator team - Joy, Wawa, Namthip, Punch, and Nueng - with particular appreciation to Joy, who stayed in close contact and provided outstanding support via WhatsApp throughout my stay. The Front Desk and Concierge teams were warm and professional, while Linda and the breakfast team delivered attentive service every morning. Even during the busiest breakfast hours, staff members were always smiling and eager to assist.

A lovely surprise was the thoughtful birthday setup in my room, which made the occasion even more special. My compliments also go to General Manager Ms. Rachel for leading such an outstanding team and maintaining high service standards.

The location is another major advantage - just a short walk to BTS Phrom Phong, with Emporium, EmQuartier, EmSphere, and countless restaurants and cafés nearby. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Firstly, GREAT location. It's next to everything--malls, BTS, restaurants...you get where I'm going. Front desk staff Boat and Mai (whose badge says in training) are the epitome of great customer service. Mai and Boat welcomed me like we're friends from the start. In addition, without me asking, I received a room upgrade just by showing up. No complaints there. Thank you, Hilton. Oh, Joy in Executive Lounge on the 4th floor is another gold staff. She got me started with a glass of red wine. I introduced myself, shook her hand and told her what a great job she's doing. All newbies, make Hilton Sukhumvit your 1st choice (the one on soi 24) . This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. They kindly upgraded our room for free, which was such a wonderful surprise and made our trip even more memorable.

Everyone was warm, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. It’s clear that the hotel truly cares about its guests and goes the extra mile to make them feel special.

Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Executive Lounge

Just finished a four night stay at Hilton Sukhumvit. Whilst the hotel property itself isn’t my favourite as the rooms, lounge and breakfast area are unusually dark, our stay was positive overall with a highlight being the staff at every touch point being very friendly, hard working and genuinely helpful.
A few people of particular note for the hotel management: Praew was a delight! Wonderfully kind at check in, showed flexibility and recognition of status benefits in readiness for our check out despite the hotel being busy and I really felt that she went above and beyond. I also want to call out Linda who was stretched beyond capacity at peak breakfast time, literally running back to the podium to seat the next guests. More staff needed to support at peak breakfast time. I’d also like to thank the concierge staff for his help (sorry for not catching your name), particularly in relation to a tricky bank transfer I needed to make with my airline. Lastly, Praew was the personification of service excellence at checkout, despite the business of the lobby at that time, checkout was smooth, professional yet warm and courteous.
The hotel location is great, Hilton status is well recognised by the whole team which was appreciated and my only reason for four stars vs, five is that the hotel was a little dark throughout and the gym outdated. Overall a good stay.
