Hotel molto bello in cui si respira una bella sensazione di relax.... Roppongi è molto bella e viva... Comodo per girare Tokyo... 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro con tanti ristoranti e locali nei paraggi

Nothing from the hotel, but the staff were very helpful, kind and understanding, and tried to suggest solutions, although they didn’t succeed so i had to leave the hotel after 1 night while i booked for 4.

Cons:

The breakfast was low quality. The room was one of the worst I have stayed in; it was extremely small, and I had to step up and bump my head just to enter the toilet, which was very uncomfortable.

Made our trip even better !! It was lovely to have a nice hot bath and a clean comfortable bed at the end of a long day
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel ! Very clean… staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. It was above and beyond for the price that we paid.

Cons:

The cleaners wanted to get into the room as soon as possible in the morning. But really that’s not a bad thing ! Everything else was brilliant.
