Pros:

Персонал приветливый, отлично справляется с делом.
В номере была мини мойка, холодильник, чайник, набор для чая, и кофемашина с капсулами!
При каждой уборке добавляли чай, кофе, воду.
Номер небольшой, но два чемодана смогли разложить.
Отель находится в районе Роппонги, в 10 минутах несколько музеев и выставочных пространств. На автобусе за 20 минут можно доехать до Сибуи.
Завтраки на утро европейского типа, вполне разнообразные, хоть и повторяются.

Cons:

Вентиляция не особо справлялась. Приходилось открывать окно, а окно выходило на кровлю здания, где шумел вентилятор.

Pros:

La chambre n’est pas petite. Le personnel est agréable.

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas pratique, il ne faut pas être grand sinon on se tape la tête… la salle de bain n’est pas bien équipée, pas de rangement, plus de pression au bout d’une douche, rideau de douche dans une baignoire qui met de l’eau partout. Une serviette sale, pas de table de nuit des deux côtés du lit, de la peinture qui manque au mur… plein de petits détails mais qui pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et une nuit qui coûte relativement cher, c’est décevant quand même…

Pros:

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well-supplied with a number of bathroom items, coffee machine and bottled water. The breakfast was nice, though could have been stocked with more hot food items.

Cons:

I didn't really like the check-in process. It was a bit laborious for a guest after a long day travelling to have to input their own information rather than the staff. The room overlooked a number of the building vents, which meant for an annoying racket, especially when windows were opened.

Super schönes Hotel mitten in Roppongi, 8min zur Hibiya Line Roppongi Station und 10min Bus nach Shibuya. Hotelpersonal super hilfreich und freundlich. Frühstück war inklusive und sehr lecker sowie täglich frisch. Zimmer verhältnismäßig zu anderen 2er Zimmern sehr geräumig.

Pros:

The staff was amazing. Great interaction. Absolutely the highlight of the location.

Cons:

The room was disgusting. The room looked as if it had not been clean for a while. The room was not consistent as the images posted. Realization was the photos were outdated. Also their location was far from relaxing with little safety for guests. The access to the building and floors can be reached by anyone who is not a guest. I could hear people coming in and out during the night who were clearly intoxicated.

Pros:

It’s a quiet place and closed to the train station. the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The lights are a little bit dark. It needs more lights in the room.

Pros:

We had a wonderful two night stay at Roppongi Hotel S and wouldn’t hesitate to give it 5 stars. What stood out most was the staff - genuinely warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. When we flagged a small issue with our bathroom, they responded immediately and resolved it without fuss, which really showed their level of care.
The hotel itself strikes a great balance between style and comfort. The bar and meeting areas are beautifully designed and inviting, and the breakfast was genuinely excellent. Combined with a fantastic location, it made for an easy and enjoyable Tokyo experience.
