Localização muito boa e funcionários muito prestativos e educados. O café da manhã é simples porém tem o que precisa.

Cons:

Acústica dos quartos é quase inexistente, escutamos tudo que se passa no corredor, escadas e rua de trás. Não tinha toalha de rosto.

Bom hotel, porém tem q rever o serviço de quarto!!!!
Pros:

Quarto simples porém bem limpo, o suficiente para um estadia confortável, tem ar-condicionado e isso fez toda a diferença pq estava mto calor. Café da mãe simples mas supre a necessidade, no hotel tem microondas disponível. A piscina é climatizada, foi o ponto alto da estadia, hotel bem localizado da pra fazer tudo a pé.

Cons:

Tem serviço de quarto diariamente porém levavam as toalhas e não deixavam outras no lugar é só traziam no fim do dia, nesse meio tempo se vc quiser tomar banho não tem como se secar. O PROBLEMA MAIOR É Q AS CAMAREIRAS BATIAM NA POR E NA SEQUÊNCIA ENTRAVAM NO QUARTO, EM UM DOS DIAS EU ESTAVA DORMINDO E DEMOREI A ATENDER ENTROU CMG NO QUARTO SEM ESTAR VESTIDA ADEQUADAMENTE, FUI RELATAR ISSO NA RECEPÇÃO E DISSERAM Q TERIA Q AVISAR CASO NÃO QUISESSE SERVIÇO DE QUARTO, SITUAÇÃO EXTREMAMENTE GRAVE Q PODERIA SER RESOLVIDO COM UMA SIMPLES PLAQUINHA DE NÃO PERTURBE Q O HOTEL NÃO TEM. PRECISAM REVER ESSA POLÍTICA URGENTE PQ ISSO É EXTREMAMENTE GRAVE!!!!!!
