Tolle Lage, nettes Personal und super Frühstück
Pros:

Das Frühstück im Hotel war sehr gut. Hier bleibt wirklich kein Wunsch offen. Frische und regionale Speisen. Auch für Kinder gab es ein grosses Angebot.

Cons:

Leider war die Sauberkeit des Zimmers nicht ganz so gut.

Urlaubsstart mit Hindernissen
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist einfach fantastisch. Man kann alles, was das Herz begehrt, genießen. Zum Urlaubsfeeling kann der Tag sogar mit einem Gläschen Prosecco beginnen. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und aufmerksam. Vielen Dank!

Cons:

Als Alleinreisende wurde ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, wo Tag und Nacht ständig ein Generator läuft, zugewiesen. Der Rezeption sind die Geräusche bekannt. Des Weiteren ist das zweite Bettzeug weggenommen, was einen misstrauischen Eindruck macht. Man kommt sich unerwünscht vor! Die schöne Urlaubsstimmung war dahin.
Erst nach einer Beschwerde, konnte das Zimmer gewechselt werden. Dabei musste man aber ausschecken und neu einchecken und das Gepäck selbst hin und her transportieren. Der volle Preis wurde selbstverständlich angerechnet. Das ist für so ein gehobenes Hotel sehr traurig und man sollte genau überlegen, ob man dieses Hotel tatsächlich bucht.

Auszeit an der Ostsee
Pros:

Ideal gelegen. Unmittelbar bei Strand und ein paar Gehminuten zum Zentrum. Mitarbeitende alle sehr nett. Frühstückt mit grosser Auswahl. Gerne wieder.

Pros:

Vi har vært her før. Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhet kun 100 meter fra stranden. Dette er et av flere hoteller tett ved stranden som vi gjerne velger igjen. Hyggelig og serviceminded personale.
