Great location in the heart of Adeje, the one bed apartment was very spacious and cleaned to a high standard with a well equipped kitchenette.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fully recommended.

Cheap for new years stay but that’s it . No lock on patio door to balcony . Tiled floor in room was uneven and loose tiles . Only one women who checked us in on reception was welcoming , the rest seemed like they didn’t have time for you . WiFi wouldn’t connect and didn’t even have a fan in the room .Didnt try restaurant so can’t comment . Pool area is ok but really small for such a big hotel

Good hotel for the money, The pool area was nice, quiet and big. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for shopping, dining outside the hotel and close to the beach. I would have no hesitation of recommending this hotel and location to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay and found our room was dated especially the furniture and needed more plug sockets in the lounge area also could do with air conditioning we kept the balcony door and front door open most of the time which helped
Food was very good with many choices I particularly loved the bar bq night
Prices at the bar was reasonable for a hotel
We also got bbc1 bbc2 and itv plus other channels on the TV
We would definitely stay here again

Had a good stay. Had a superior studio and it was big, massiv balcony and Aircondition. Clean and tidy hotel. We was half board. Food was okay. Always something to eat. Chips, pizza, pasta, a stew of some sort, paella, loads of salad stuff, bread, soup. But it was very noisy in the restaurant at dinner so we swapped for lunchtime cause ot was more quiet. Mini disco was in the pool so my 2 year old couldn't join in. Bar prices in the hotel was fair. We would stay again

This is a lovely small seaside hotel. It perfect for couples or younger families. It’s perfectly located to access the beach and promenade walks and restaurants. Don’t come to this hotel if you want a raucous holiday. It’s value is because it absolutely isn’t that kind of hotel! Fabulous staff who are really helpful and friendly. It has good facilities including a lovely pool and a good standard of food if doing a catered break.

A little dated, but no complaints.

Hotellet er godt, men noget slidt. Bl.a. var der hul i emaljen i badekarret, og flere låger der sad løse/skæve. Betjeningen er venlig. Vi havde halvpension, og både morgenmad og aftenbuffet var bedre end forventet, sammenholdt med prisen. Pool området var fint, rent og lækkert, ligesom stranden er fin og tæt på. Parkering var nem og billig. Der var dog en del larm om aftenen, p.g.a. beliggenhed, men det giver også kort afstand til forskellige barer og pubber med underholdning osv.
Generelt vil jeg sige, at det er godt til prisen!

La struttura è un po’ datata ma è ben tenuta e pulita. Posizione eccellente, siamo nel centro della movida, locali d’intrattenimento, bar e ristoranti non mancano anche se il servizio di ristorazione dell’hotel offre di tutto a buffet dalla colazione alla cena. Le spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il personale molto professionale multilingue e cortese. Consigliato alle famiglie con bambini.

I loved staying at the Santa Maria it was close to the beach and a lot of really good restaurants close by including the food in the hotel which we stayed half board. The staff were very friendly and very helpful at all times I will stay here again and have stayed several times before. There is plenty of sun beds the pool is well maintained with a pool for the kids. The entertainment team are fantastic keeping the kids and adults happy. There is something on each evening in the bar to suit all tastes and if that dosent suit you don’t have to go far to find what your looking for with a wide range of bars along the street of the hotel making it great if you don’t want to have to walk far. Across the road from the hotel is a hyper Dino for your food etc and also close by there is a stop and shop supermarket with lovely fresh pastries etc all you need between the two of them if your staying on a room only basis.

Overall the hotel
Is good and the accommodation are also very nice.
I’ve been there for a week d and the room I had had only stairs access also with the balcony on the street side which wasn’t that great because of the noises of “happy loud people”. Not that great for kids.
I think the hotel should inform about this inconvenience at the desk.
I don’t think I will
