Marti Apart Hotel

Foi ótima!.... A unica coisa que senti falta é que o hotel não oferece produtos como agua, refrigerante, etc.. para comprar na recepção, o que para algumas pessoas, como eu, que gostamos de beber agua durante a noite, é um pouco complicado.... Mas no geral, o hotel é muito bom!

In few words, Marti Apart Hotel was my worst experience. Avoid staying there.

Apartamento grande, tudo meio antigo, mas bem limpo, há serviço de quarto diariamente. A cama é espaçosa mas mole, cozinha atende o básico. O wi-fi funcionava, mas caia varias vezes.
Não tem café da manhã, é a parte e custa U$ 8,00 não vale a pena NUNCA, mas se você pedir só uma xícara de café e umas torradas eles dão de cortesia. Alugamos caro diretamente na recepção, Equipe bem bacana. A Localização é Legal.

The staff was more than friendly and helped solving a printing problema.
Even if we slept late, they were able to make up the room.
We did not test the breakfast, supermarket and cafes are close by.

It was a great stay in a very large, clean and quiet room. The hotel was also close to the beach and very iconic Rambla, the site for walking, jogging an cycling.

El personal es muy atento y amable, la ubicación es excelente (3 cuadras de la playa). La cocina de la habitación podría estar mejor equipada, le faltan elementos. Por lo demás no hay quejas.

Several years ago, my husband and I stayed here. It was a small hotel, but clean, and very well located. We checked in yesterday, and it has been an absolute disaster. We were told we had a room for 3, but no breakfast even though my confirmation shows party of 2 with breakfast. The front desk clerk didn't care. The room itself is worn down, with stained chairs, stained drapes, a dirty kitchenette that is unusable. The wastebasket in the kitchen was filled with food garbage. We were given an almost empty roll of toilet paper, with no spare roll.

This morning, we stopped at the front desk and asked that when they clean our room, they make sure to remove the food garbage. Imagine our surprise when we returned hours later....they took the food garbage but nothing else...bed was not made, other garbage not taken, and still no toilet paper. We called the manager who said "so what".

We are here one more night, but never again! I would rather sleep on a park bench than this dirty hotel.

This is very basic— bed, table and chairs, refrigerator and microwave, some dishes, lock box, bathroom. It was clean, but no frills. They did not replace towels, you had to ask. We did not do the breakfast buffet, but it was also no frills and very basic. It is a nice neighborhood and we liked the location: Close to the beach, a little cafe across the street, more restaurants nearby and within walking distance. Front desk staff was helpful and very nice.

El lugar sucio y la cocina un desastre. Solo una olla y una sartén y sucios. El anafe un asco.

Advertised non-smoking room was in an all smoking hotel! Although hotel staff did clean the room daily, it is a disappointment to open fresh sheets only to find lipstick or other red stains on the fresh smelling linen. Some days we lacked 1 or 2 of the 3 pillows for our room with 3 beds; 1 pillow per bed minimum is the norm at other hotels in which we have stayed. Finally, little details matter: turn off the light in the bathroom and watch the cover plate fall to the floor. Staff always friendly and helpful despite our regular trips to the counter to help resolve daily issues. This redeeming quality saved the review and kept us for the duration of our trip.

O hotel fica bem localizado, tem ótimo staff, alem de ser muito limpo e bem cuidado. Adorei, otimo custo benficio, e ainda conta com uma pequena cozinha. Camas super confortáveis, ideais para descansar depois de um dia de caminhada. Banheiro com ducha bem forte. Excepcional

The room was clean and a good size. The hotel staff helped me out with directions and booking taxis. A good location if you want to be near the beach and only a short taxi ride to the centre city. The surrounding neighbourhood felt very safe.

Mas os funcionários foram muito gentis e a localização é ótima.

Hotel was adequate, wifi however was intermittent, cooking was an element and no toaster or on-site self laundry which would have been a huge plus. Staff were very willing to help and courteous. If you're looking for a safe place to stay, very handy to local buses for all areas including Montevideo shopping mall, downtown commercial shopping and central city plazas and old town then this hotel is for you. If met my needs and I was happy with both hotel and location. I loved Montevideo as a city, it has a whole lot of character with a romantic feel. The beaches are wonderful.

We (myself, my husband and daughter) visited Montevideo, Uruguay on September 16, 2016 for 10 days. We were very happy with our stay. We were on the 10th floor and it was in front of an art school. The room accommodates 4. We had a king size bed and two single beds. The room was always clean; the sheets were always clean and we had plenty of towels. We really enjoyed having a small fridge in the room and the burners for us to make our own espresso and cappuccinos from the coffee pot we brought with us. There is a table and 4 chairs. We liked that the window actually opened so we could get fresh air. The staff was friendly! The entrance was on ground floor which made it easy bringing in our many pieces of luggage. We found parking most times in front of the hotel (we were told by the locals to tip those who volunteered to watch over your car - we did) We would come back here.
