Hotel Real B & B

Room faced the street which was very noisy until about 5 am each night I stayed. I know hotel had no control over this but I felt that better triple glazing would have eliminated the sound.
Breakfast was good as well as being able to make tea/coffee any time.

Great staff and English spoken if necessary. Breakfast excellent.

En general el hotel está bien, pero El precio me parece alto. En la reserva ponía bañera profunda con cabezal de lluvia y en realidad era un plato de ducha pequeño.

Great location, very quiet hotel, excellent breakfast

Céntrico. Acogedor, limpio y con un trato impecable.

The room was cute and fairly spacious with places to stow your stuff. Lots of windows and light. Great location right in the center of everything. Comfortable bed. Extra pillows and blankets. Nice breakfast room and they made sandwiches for us to take away when we were leaving the hotel before breakfast hours. Fresh bread and sweet breads plus fruit, cereal, yogurt, sliced meats. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags for a couple of hours after checkout before leaving for the bus. My only 2 complaints were the small shower and no working internet. Even sitting in the hall by the router didn't get the internet to work.

El personal muy agradable. El hotel muy céntrico. Durante mi estancia aunque fue a primeros de junio, por la tarde y noche hacia frío y no ponían la calefacción. La ducha muy pequeña. Por lo demás todo bien.

On entend beaucoup les bruits de couloir. Quand des personnes entrent et sortent de l'hôtel le soir ou la nuit ça empêche de dormir. A part ça c'était ok. Peut-être serait il bien que l'on puisse déjeuner plus tôt que 8h. Notre avion partait tôt !

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist gleichzeitig ein Plus aber auch das größte Problem. Durch die nur unzureichende Schallisolierung war wegen lärmender, grölender Menschen auf der Gasse vor dem Hotel bis spät in die Nacht hinein nicht an einen geruhsamen Schlaf zu denken.
Aber damit muss man wohl rechnen, wenn man Wert darauf legt, in den Altstadtgassen zu nächtigen.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein, die Ausstattung spartanisch und renovierungsbedürftig.
Immerhin war das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Trotz der zentrumsnahen Lage stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus meiner Sicht überhaupt nicht. Da gibt es für zum Teil deutlich weniger Geld bessere Unterkünfte in der Altstadt.

Kleines feines Hotel mit persönlicher Note. Praktische Zimmer, nicht gerade geeignet für korpulente Mitbewohner. Das dazugehörige Frühstück ist lecker und ausreichend variantenreich. Leider ist das WiFi eher schlecht als recht.

Great location right in the old center of Santiago with everything just outside the door. Very nice breakfast included, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again when in Santiago.

Sehr zentrale Lage in der Altstadt, super Frühstück, netter Innenhof!

Personal muy atento, muy amable y cercano.
El hotel está en pleno centro. Localización inmejorable.
Habitaciones muy limpias.
El único contra es que no hay ascensor, pero por la zona son todos los hoteles iguales (ya que es casco antiguo)...

Inmejorable! Trato estupendo, muy limpio todo, la cama muy comoda, especialmente el conjunto de almohadas, buen espacio en la habitación... podría decir más cosas buenas pero en resumen: muy recomendable si lo que buscas es un buen sitio donde quedarte a un precio razonable. Y encima una botella de vino blanco - muy bueno - de regalo en la habitación (y llamaron antes para tenerla fresquita para nuestra llegada ;)

Great hotel but the street noise was pretty bad!

Kleines nettes Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt von Santiago. Die Lage ist top, allerdings auch dementsprechend laut in der Nacht. Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, d.h. man musste sich entscheiden zwischen ruhig schlafen und frischer Luft.
Das Zimmer an sich ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Leider war die Matratze sehr durchgelegen und die Kissen hatten kaum Füllung mehr.
Auch die Badezimmereinrichtung war eher veraltet.
Das Personal am Empfang war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Damen sprachen alle Englisch. Auch das Gepäck wurde bis zur Abreise kostenlos für mehrere Stunden aufbewahrt (nicht selbstverständlich in Santiago).

Ótima localização, equipe muito simpática e atenciosa , limpeza !
