メトロからは微妙に遠いため注意が必要。
部屋が清潔。
city viewを避けた部屋をセレクトしたはずだったが、なぜかcity view の部屋になっており非常にうるさかった。
部屋もベッドもとても狭いが、女性なら問題ないレベル。
部屋を出るとすぐに屋外の部屋にされてしまい、夜などドライヤーの貸出を受け取るのが怖かった。
接客が大変丁寧でした。英語が話せないのですが親身に聞き取り要望に答えてくれました。守衛さんもホテルスタッフさんも大変親切です。道を訪ねたら丁寧に教えてくれました。教えてくれたのに理解出来ないでいるとリキシャを止めて送ってくれるようにお願いまでしてくれました！無事に目的地に辿り着けました！初の一人海外インド旅行、こちらに泊まれてよかったです！
Near Railway stationer for single person not family / friends bcoz room is very small 6ft+2ft bathroom x 6 ft /7 ft i think no space to keep laugage
The staff were not welcoming or friendly, and there was no smile or proper hospitality. The room was extremely small—hardly even 8 ft × 8 ft—with almost no space for luggage or movement.
The biggest issue was that the floor became completely wet with water inside the room. When we informed the staff, instead of properly addressing the problem, we were told to keep the AC temperature at 20°C/18°C. This was not a proper solution.
Overall, the room was far too small, the water issue was unacceptable, and the staff response and hospitality were disappointing. The experience was not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place.
After staying in hotel for almost 250 days, they started behaving like as if they own me and I have to defer to their whims and be subservient to them because I was willing to pay to stay. Place is degrading day by day without on time maintenance. Property Manager is only looking up for his promotions, sacrificing customer experience in name of budgeting and cost saving although fare of property is only going up. This particular property is losing focus on customer experience and being nice only
The building is completely run down and needs full renovation. I used to stay here back when it first opened, but now the service and staff are unprofessional. It’s just not the same.
Good hotel near New Delhi railway station. I always prefer only this hotel as it is good for family or business stays. Rooms are a bit small but are well maintained & clean. The breakfast spread was also good & sumptuous.

Avoid booking directly with Bloom Hotels (StayBloom) if you expect them to value your loyalty. I have made 7 successful bookings through their platform in the past, but after my 8th experience, I will never use them again.
I booked a stay in advance for ₹3,071, only to find out later that they slashed the prices for the exact same dates on their own platform. When I reached out to escalate this unfair price discrepancy as a frequent customer, they couldn’t even be bothered to read my email. They replied with a generic, single-sentence template response brushing it off as "dynamic pricing" without addressing my concern or my customer history at all.
They completely lack transparency and show zero appreciation for repeat guests. If you book early, you get penalized with higher rates, and if you complain, you get a copy-paste robot reply. Unprofessional and insulting. Take your business elsewhere.
Modern hotel with comfy bed and very friendly staff
駅にも近いですし、部屋は快適で綺麗ではあります。
4.5年前から毎年のように宿泊していますが、泊まるたびに部屋の状態が少しずつ悪くなっているように感じます。
今回はシャワーヘッドが何度も外れてしまいました。
せっかく綺麗なホテルなのですから、もう少し設備の管理をしっかりされた方がよいのではないかと思います。
とてももったいなく感じます。
