The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet is tasty and they change the menu everyday. I love their lupis.
I only have problem with the shower. the water flow is very messy

The staff are polite and welcoming. The room was a good size, the bed spacious with a great bathroom and great shower. Breakfast was a feast. There was something for everyone. The staff were accommodation and a special shout out to Nicholas for patiently guiding us through the local dishes and offering dishes to try.

The staff were amazing. Could not be more helpful. We were encouraged to try Indonesian food which we otherwise might not have done and found it excellent. Vani on reception was extremely helpful when I lost my debit card leading to it's recovery.
Not the hotel's fault but some noisy inconsiderate guests kept us awake until late

Only negative is that the drink vouchers are only for soft drinks.
Staff were friendly and helpful and the amenities were perfect for our short stay. The breakfast choices were great as well. Several of our team commented on how good the gym and pool was.
We loved Four Points even more. We stayed for two nights and also tried their in-room massage service. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, the internet connection was reliable, and the breakfast selection was good. The staff were warm and welcoming. We hope to return in the future, ideally when they have a dedicated spa area instead of only in-room services.
