Fantastic staff made the visit memorable.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. Could not be more helpful. We were encouraged to try Indonesian food which we otherwise might not have done and found it excellent. Vani on reception was extremely helpful when I lost my debit card leading to it's recovery.

Cons:

Not the hotel's fault but some noisy inconsiderate guests kept us awake until late

Good Hotel
Pros:

As a Titanium Marriott Bonvoy Member, I always get an automatic upgrade to my room which is appreciated.
Efficient check in and out.
Breakfast has also improved a lot since my last stay.
Only negative is that the drink vouchers are only for soft drinks.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful and the amenities were perfect for our short stay. The breakfast choices were great as well. Several of our team commented on how good the gym and pool was.

Incredible
Pros:

We loved Four Points even more. We stayed for two nights and also tried their in-room massage service. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, the internet connection was reliable, and the breakfast selection was good. The staff were warm and welcoming. We hope to return in the future, ideally when they have a dedicated spa area instead of only in-room services.

Great food poor communication
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Front desk was very helpful.

Cons:

Room service insists on speaking indon despite greeting in English. Listing on booking.com misrepresented some rooms have bath tub, but actually it's only available if you opt for suites
