I love that the staff was very friendly especially Erwin (or Edwin) at the restaurant. Should give him a big applause with his gesture to the guests. The room was clean and not smelly as well as the amenities. The bed is king size and the room is full carpet (one of my terms & conditions). The receptionist was well manners to upgrade my room to business class because of the leak on the window in the room I booked. Most importantly, the receptionist was really helpful even tho I arrived very late (past midnight) without advance confirmation. I will consider staying at this hotel again if I'm around the area. Plus, my husband and son like this hotel.
The location is not near to hunt local good food by walking distance. The breakfast was fantastic. My son loves their waffles. However, staying for 5 nights, expect a more interesting variety of menu on the buffet site and a more variety of the traditional nyonya kuih.

Bath Shower is very old century, Breakfast menu not continental, sitting space issue during Breakfast.
Heerlijk hotel. Goede bedden, uiterst vriendelijk personeel zoals eigenlijk in heel Indonesië. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Mooi zwembad. Goede keuze voor een overnachting in Medan.

It could be a little loud at times in the corridors, but nothing to stop me sleeping.
I was leading a group of six people and all were very pleased to stay there. Breakfast catered well for group with 1vegan and 1 coeliac.

Its central location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist.
The hotel offered excellent value for money, and we would happily stay here again.

Hotel was decent. Staff was courteous.
Coffee House was too small to accomodate guests for breakfast especially during peak season. It got so bad on the second day that a family of 6 had requested to share my table meant for 4 persons with me. I couldn't enjoy my breakfast in peace as they started pulling chairs to surround me. I couldn't enjoy the nice food as I only thought of getting out of there quickly. There's no restaurant for lunch or dinner other than the coffee house. 😫
