Excellent location and costumer service for the competitive price point. Would definetely come back.
Pros:

We loved the location. Our initial room had issues, and after disclosing this to the staff, we were instantly upgraded to a nicer room. The room where we spent our vacation was cozy, clean, smelled fresh, and had great soundproofing. The water pressure and heat were perfect.

Cons:

Our initial room had a really bad smell, coming from the water pipes (I am guessing); it was difficult to sleep with that smell, even if the windows were open all night. But after the first night, we communicated our disappointment to the staff, who were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel czysty, ciepły, z przemiłą obsługą.
Pros:

Miejsce z fajnym, włoskim klimatem, dostępne jest wszystko, co potrzebne do spokojnego, komfortowego wypoczynku. Czysto, ciepło, z możliwością wykupienia śniadania na dobry początek dnia ( 8 euro/osoba). Wisienką na torcie jest przemiły, pomocny i życzliwy personel. Pani Natalia i jej kolega, który pracował na nocki ( nie znam imienia) to wyjątkowi, uśmiechnięci ludzie, którzy dopełniają wrażenie bardzo udanej wycieczki.
W hotelu spędziliśmy 5 nocy (25.02-2.03.2026) i jeśli będę odwiedzać Rzym-napewno tam wrócę..

Cons:

To, co zależy od ludzi ( warunki, atmosfera, czystosć) jest dla mnie - bez żadnych zastrzeżeń. Lekko przeszkadza akustyka wewnątrz hotelu-czasami ma się wrażenie, że sąsiad chodzi po Twoim pokoju. Dobrze natomiast wyciszają okna, które odgradzają od
" zewnętrza". Ci, którzy mają problem z chodzeniem, mogą narzekać na lokalizację(do metra trzeba dojść 25 minut). My byliśmy nastawieni na poruszanie się pieszo, więc dla nas to nie problem. Przy pierwszym wejściu do hotelu trzeba wiedzieć, że po naciśnięciu( po prawe stronie) domofonu recepcja jest na 3 piętrze.( winda lub schody). Tego nie wiedziałam i miałam kłopot ze znalezieniem. Może dałoby się to jakoś lepiej oznaczyć?

Pros:

Ho soggiornato più volte in questo hotel. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono pulite, spaziose con tutti i comfort. La posizione vicino a piazza fiume è ottima e ben collegata. Consigliatissimo

Cons:

They had air conditioning that was only set to hot and did not come on at some point. People in their own bathroom sounded like they were inside mine, the hotel has a dingy smell and having to cal someone all the time to get in is just inconvenient.

Pros:

Çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardım severdi özellikle Natalia bizimle çok ilgilendi. 4 gece kaldık ve yenilenmiş odadaydık. Bizim açımızdan sorunsuz ve çok iyi bir deneyimdi. Sadece konum olarak biraz uzak kalabilir ama fiyatı düşününce en iyi tercih burasıydı.

Ottima posizione, cortesia e disponibilità.
Pros:

Ottima posizione, il mio hotel preferito a Roma. Tutto lo staff mi fa sentire come a casa ogni volta che vado a Roma e lo faccio molto spesso, disponibilità e cortesia.

Cons:

Non c'è niente che non mi è piaciuto, solo che la bottiglietta d'acqua di benvenuto non c'era l'ultima volta che sono stata. Ma niente di ché...
