Fantastic!
Pros:

Super friendly staff! Isaac at the front desk, the manager, and the lady at breakfast — all amazing. Spacious, clean rooms, and a really good breakfast! Clean gym too. Great location, just overall excellent!

Honestly, everything was good. If I had to pick something, the air conditioning was a bit on the noisy side.

Onwijs vriendelijk personeel! Isaac bij de front desk, en de manager en de dame bij het ontbijt, allemaal top! Ruime, schone kamers, prima ontbijt! Schone fitness ruimte! Prima locatie, gewoon top!

Pleasant atmosphere
Pros:

- size of the room was very spacious. comes with a closet, mirror, desk, chair, big bathroom, and a cozy bed with a very thick comforter set
- air unit that you are able to control (I went during the spring time and can say the a/c gets crazzzzyy cold which I appreciate)
- fast wifi that I was able to complete work on with no issue
- decent water pressure in the shower. gets you clean but nothing incredible (I’ve stayed in some pretty jank places. this was a nice shower that gets pretty warm as well)
- decent breakfast. smells good going downstairs in the morning, some yummy little treats here and there as well near the front desk that are for purchase (they’ve got like laundry detergent and some other goodies too if you need ‘em)
- nice little pool area, I can’t say too much though because I didn’t check it out
- spacious elevator as well as stairs
- FRIENDLY STAFF (I hate going to places when their staff members are trained corporate robots. They’re real people)
- Lots of parking spaces (and free parking. just be careful about their speed bumps)
- in a cute area with businesses in walking distance!! we were unable to leave the smoothie king people alone
- good vibe, didn’t feel like I was going to get robbed

Cons:

- at times, there were unpleasant smells that lingered around my room. I don’t believe this was the hotels fault, just people that smoked cigarettes outside and that faint sewagey smell that happens when it rains in cities. It wasn’t god awful, just happened a few times enough to be mentionable
- HOUSTON HAS A BUG/ROACH PROBLEM!! Personally, I didn’t see any bugs in my room or around the property, but I am mentioning this because I saw this issue in the reviews. If you travel to Texas during the late summer/early autumn, YOU WILL SEE BUGS. It gets SO HOT that bugs seek shelter anywhere they can, regardless of how clean the place is. I went during springtime so it wasn’t hot enough for bugs. Do what you will with this info.
- walk-in glass shower :( this isn’t a problem for some people, but I cannot stand these things. I’m not getting cracked in the shower so I don’t need the glass shower with the mirror pointing directly at it. If that’s your thing though, then this might be the place for you
- BRING YOUR KEY CARD EVERYWHERE! This is common sense, but the hotel locks the outside doors after 10pm for security purposes and you need your keycard to get back in, otherwise you have to ring the desk. This also applies if you arrive at the hotel past 10pm. I believe it’s 10pm-6am that the doors are locked. I am very pleased with the security measures in place, but stumbling back to the door after hours and it not opening made me panic temporarily
- the towels are kind of small. Like, not upsettingly small, but if you’re heavy around the waist or you got a big butt, you might bring your own towels
- the hand soap is a soap bar. Very convenient and sanitary between each guest, but I’m a germaphobe so you can imagine my horror after the first bathroom use
- the lighting in the bathroom comes from the mirror (like a vanity) and it’s a super bright white LED. now, if you are a psychopath that enjoys those lights, that’s great. they just aren’t for me.

A LOT of bang for your buck! A+
Pros:

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I booked because of excellent ratings and I can say first hand I'd book this hotel again and every time I visit this area. Isaac, at the front desk, greets guests with a big smile and warm welcome. He was quick and efficient with checking our family into three rooms. Each time we passed by, he would smile and ask if we had everything we needed, making us feel appreciated and welcome.
Rooms are large and very clean with pleasant decor, nicely painted, cozy chair and table, plenty of lights, USB charging ports, an extremely comfortable king bed with plenty of pillows plus a nice closet, large work desk, counter area with coffee maker, mini fridge, & microwave. Extremely roomy bathroom eith a large spotless walk in shower, large vanity with plenty of counter space. Breakfast was very good - waffles, muffins, cereals, sausage, eggs, potatoes, yogurt, coffee, juice - well laid out and maintained. Kiran kept everything running smoothly. He was very helpful, friendly, smiling., considerate to all guests. The dining room was very nicely decorated and laid out well. I can't say enough good things about our stay here. Great staff -

Good ! But cleaning must be done daily!
