Pros:

Based on the negative reviews, I had low expectations, but I was pleasantly suprised when we arrived. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is next to a busy street, so it can get quite noisy during the night. The room in the shower is a bit smaller so showering can be tricky.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good with a decent selection. The WiFi was good and reliable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small. The shower was connected to the sink, so both ran at the same time, which was inconvenient. The walls were also thin, so noise from nearby rooms could be heard.

Pros:

lo único que me gustó fue la atención de las personas, muy agradables, hablaban español muy bien.

Cons:

1. NO es posible que en medio verano Europeo, en medio de una ola de calor que ha matado gente, este hotel no tenga aire acondicionado, es imposible dormir, descansar, estar en la habitación sin sentir que uno puede morir asfixiado.
2. El desayuno no era tan malo pero muy básico y siempre lo mismo, cobran mucho para algo tan poco y sin variarlo absolutamente nada.
3. En mi baño la pieza que sostiene la regadera estaba quebrada, al parecer desde hace mucho tiempo y no han podido cambiarla, tenía que sostener siempre con una mano la regadera, imposible
4. el clima fue inclemente y después del excesivo calor, tuvimos un diluvio y la habitación se inundó porque las ventanas no cierran al 100%, tuve que usar los paños.
5. No hay buenos restaurantes alrededor, el servicio de buses es un poco complicado.

Catastrophique

À fuir.

Nous avons quitté l’hôtel quelques minutes après avoir découvert la chambre. Dès notre arrivée, une forte odeur de renfermé envahissait les couloirs et la chambre. La propreté est plus que douteuse et la salle de bain est dans un état de vétusté hallucinant.

La douche est tellement ancienne et dégradée qu’elle devrait être entièrement démolie et reconstruite à zéro.

L’isolation phonique est un véritable désastre. Nous entendions constamment la télévision de la chambre voisine, ce qui rendait tout repos impossible.

Les photos publiées sur le site sont totalement trompeuses et ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Les mètres carrés annoncés sont également mensongers : la chambre est nettement plus petite que ce qui est indiqué.

Le plus choquant reste le prix. La réception nous a expliqué que cette chambre est habituellement louée 70 €, mais qu’en raison de la forte demande à Bruxelles ce jour-là, elle était facturée 166 €. Payer plus du double pour une qualité aussi médiocre est totalement injustifiable.

On nous a proposé une autre chambre, mais après avoir vu l’état général de l’établissement, nous avons préféré refuser et partir immédiatement sans y passer la nuit.

Cet hôtel cumule les mauvaises odeurs, le manque d’entretien, des équipements vétustes, des photos trompeuses, une superficie qui ne correspond pas à la réalité, une isolation inexistante et un prix totalement disproportionné. Une expérience extrêmement décevante que nous ne recommandons absolument pas.
