Good hotel in Medan, make shure your room doesnt face the road
Pros:

Good hotel in medan with friendly staff, clean rooms and good facilities. The breakfast is good and even offers some western options.

Cons:

My room was facing the street and it was hard to fall asleep because of the loud noises.

I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel.

The staff were not helpful at all. I called the front desk several times, but no one answered the phone. When assistance was needed, the response was very slow and unprofessional.

The hotel also seemed to accommodate many intoxicated guests, which created an uncomfortable environment for families. In my opinion, this is not a family-friendly hotel.

The room maintenance was poor. The bathroom door was damaged and could not be locked properly. The toilet was also not clean upon arrival, which was unacceptable.

Overall, the service, cleanliness, and maintenance standards did not meet my expectations. I will not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Als ich wieder eingecheckt. Und die Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption hat nur die Karte gegeben ohne erklären wo ist das Zimmer, ob das inklusive Frühstück oder nicht, wo ist di Aufzug, wann ist die Frühstück Zeit und wo genau ist die Frühstücksraum.

Prima prijs/kwaliteit en schoon!
Pros:

Ligging in Medan tov veel bezienswaardigheden; zowel te voet als via becak of Grab; auto-scooter, te bereiken. Zelfs gunstig tov Airport!

Cons:

Middageten en diner was afwezig, maar wel via roomservice te verkrijgen!
