Felt safe at least

Cons:

Awful smell in the entire hotel, probably because smoking is allowed inside the entire hotel. Inside the room there was a different smell from some horrible detergent or refresher. Breakfast was traditional indonesian, not very fresh. Staff weren’t very friendly or good at communicating in english.

During breakfast, lots of food and drinks almost finish/finish but staff did not add-on (since i went during year end maybe they are super busy). Can provide tissue too in the room

Pros:

Nothing was good !!

Cons:

The bed is hard , the pillow is super soft , they had no umbrella to spare for customers , They couldn't help call a taxi when needed .
