The Wave Patong Boutique Hotel

They never cleaned my room in 4 days . Got lucked out of my room no staff for 2 hours to open the main door . They never gave me a key to open it .

This is not a hotel it is a hostel that seemed to pay for adverts and social media to make it look like a boutique hotel.
The springs were coming out of the bed, the bed was uneven, had a terrible night’s sleep and left after one night while for three. Staff were not bothered at all and just us leave, they obviously don’t care about their clients as long as they get paid.
Not yet place to stay if you want anything other a backpackers hostel.

We booked this hotel for the gym and pool and all though the cardio equipment doesn't really work the weights selection did the trick. Super friendly staff and comfortable rooms

Not near the beach, we rented motorbikes which is a good and convenient option. Got a room on the first floor, which is unfortunately directly under the pool. The whole room was filled with the overwhelmingly foul stench of mold. Actually worried about my health after staying here. Staff was generally unfriendly and passive, not willing to help unless pushed to do so. So many better options just next door to this one! The overall experience was like staying in a run-down motel in the wrong part of town in the States.

when I recieved my paperwork from expedia told me I would not have to confirm my booking ,when I got there I was told that the booking was not made properly and I would either have to change two out of three rooms for lower standard rooms or change hotels.

we supposed to check in at 2.00.
when we came at 2.15 ,she informed that no room and gave us 5th floor no stair or daily water or toilteries. very very bad. no lift either. because this i will not recommend anyone to used expedia any more . very dissapointing

I'm booking for 6 room, come with my big family. But 2 room at level 5. Problem to bring baby. Ask to change room, hotel no have room. Their say full booking. But in my booking request special, i'm mention to stay grand level.

Newly renovated few rooms still being done above us. Paid 850 BAHT in high season on special but wouldn't warrant more than that.

Location wise is quite convenient.However the reception counter girl is always not pleasant face,upon check-in she checked booking number and told me didn't received email from expedia which shocked me,after awhile she show me the phone msg with booking guestname and details,cross check that my booking name on expedia website is not same as my passport. And also I found that the hotel is without lift,ok I admit I didn't check thoroughly when I booked the hotel.Anyhow the room is clean and comfort enough.

Standard 4-level hotel with clean room however there is no lift to take us to the 4th floor. Cleanliness and facilities, nothing much to complain for the price paid. However, check-out staff was poor in having a sense of urgency. Requested for an airport transfer by taxi and was told to wait for 10 minutes but waited longer than that for a MINIBUS which eventually caused us to miss our flight back home. Staff knew we had to be at the airport by a certain time but was busy video calling another staff for work purpose despite having guests who requires desperate assistance.

Close to Bangla street just walk and not complain about it

The facility was very nice but the room could use a few updates.

Good clean hotel with two pools. Good price. Some restaurants and bars close by but about 20 mins walk to main patong area.

Worth for money...walking distance to Jungceylon..

Great experience staying at the Wave. For me it was the perfect location and the staff was fantastic. The room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to Patong.

The room is comfortable enough for a short stay. Has all the basics you need and nothing more.The pool is small but enough to jump in on a hot day. The gym equipment is old but funtioning
