Gute Lage, nicht weitvom Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen.

The quality of the stay was quite allright, especially for the price

Beliggende i en sidegade til vejen, der går forbi Bangla road og Bokse stadiumet( ca 10 min. gang).
5-10 min gang til stranden.
Masser af restauranter og barer indenfor 2 min gang.
Ingen larm når ned til hotellet, så dejlig roligt om natten.
Meget venlig og hjælpsom personale.

This is a great place with awesome personnel! I have stayed there at least five times and always fantastic attitude and service.

Good rooms, walking distance to everything, hot showers , big bed , safe, clean only downside was we stayed on the 5th floor with no lift !

バングラロードまで徒歩15分、ビーチまで10分かからない位。美味しいカオマンガイのお店もすぐ側にあります。
バスルームが少しカビ臭かったですが、部屋は清潔で、冷蔵庫もクーラーもあり、過ごしやすいです。スタッフもフレンドリーで気さくに声をかけてくれます。ツアーアレンジも対応可。また泊まりたいです。

Pluspunkte:
1) Preis 30 Eur pro nacht und zimmer
2) Hotelpersonal sehr nett und zuvorkommend (tagsüber die Damen)
3) Lage. Strand und Bangla Road fussläufig gut zu erreichen.
Nachteile:
1) Bad renovierungsbedürftig, es gab nur kaltes wasser
2) matrazen durchgelegen, nach Beschwerde wurden sie ausgetauscht.

Preis/Leistung ist unschlagbar.

Umgebung ist leider durch andere heruntergekommende Hotels nicht Top

Hotelli ihan ok, ja paikka hyvä, mutta joku kävi poissa ollessani huoneessa ja vei sfaty boxista 1250, 00 euroa.
Boxin digitaalinen lukko ei toiminut joten suljettiin jälkiasennetulla riippulukolla

Yövyimme hotellissa 5 yötä. Siinä hinta ja laatu vastasivat toisiaan. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja auttavainen, huoneet olivat erittäin siistit ja miellyttävät. Ääniä ei kuulunut kadulta tai viereisistä huoneista. Hotellissa ei ollut hissiä, joten se oli hankalakulkuinen liikuntarajoitteiselle. Saimme käyttää toiseen huoneen suihkua lähtöpäivänämme, kun olimme jo luovuttaneet oman huoneen iltapäivästä ja lento lähti vasta illalla. Kaikki palvelut ovat aivan kävelymatkan päässä.

Very nice little guesthouse, the rooms were incredibly clean and our rooms were made up every day by the very polite housekeeper. Every they brought us two new water bottles to replace the old which was very nice bonus. The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful.

Only drawback was that i booked a twin room as i was traveling with my mother and when we got to the hotel they only had a double so we had to share a bed for the first night. Wasnt that bad because it was a king size bed, but still more effort could have been done to make sure we got the room we booked. Also the staff didnt really apologize for this room but this may have been more of a language issue than a manners issue.

All in all seemed like a nice place, very close to the beach!
is down a small street however where there are some ladies of the night and a massage parlour.

Sono stato molto soddisfatto. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Ottima posizione vicino al centro, circa 15 minuti e la spiaggia a pochi passi, ma fuori dal rumore delle strade principali. La camera ben tenuta e confortevole. Pulita tutti i giorni con cambio completo biancheria e asciugamani. Telo mare a disposizione per gli ospiti.

Good stay for 2 days. Near(1-1.5 Km) to the nightlife area in Phuket(Bangla road). In all a good hotel and value for money.

Приятное прибывание в отеле. Чисто и аккуратно. Тихо. Рекомендую.

This guesthouse is in a great position, down a side street so it's very quiet at night but close to lots of eateries and a short easy walk to the beach. The room was large with a king size bed. The bed is typical asian hard, but we got used to it and slept well. I particularly liked that there was heaps of space to put your bags up. The room also had a small balcony. No lift, so floors D and E can be a bit of a hike. It is really great value for money.

There is construction going on two doors down, and the owner told me they are building another guesthouse, eight floors with a pool on the top. It should be open January 2016

离海滩步行5min，离江西冷步行15min，地理位置很方便；酒店大厅有免费的毛巾供你去沙滩使用，很好；房间每日清洁都会送两瓶水，很贴心。总体很好！

В целом отель неплохой, уборка номера ежедневная, чаевых не берут. Полотенца меняют каждый день. Недалеко от моря. Один большой минус, временный, стройка в десяти метрах от отеля((( улочка тихая, но суету города слышно! Кухни в отеле нет, в наличии напитки (платно, даже чай)!
