Segara Hotel and Restaurant

Den hotel er egnet til grupper, som kommer sent og overnatter en enkelt nat. Den er ikke egnet for rejsende, som vil bor der. For det første blev jeg ikke hentet i lufthavn, selv om at jeg har ringet på forhånd. Så jeg skulle finde en taxa. For den andet fik jeg på fornemmelsen, at ingen havde ventet på mig på stedet. Jeg blev bedt om at betale, selv om jeg har betalt. Der var ingen håndflade på værelset. Toilet løbte og jeg ikke kunne sove. Alt det var midt om natten, så den første nat på hotellet var elendig.
Så mit første indtryk var rigtig dårligt.
Dog personale var søde næste dag. Godt morgenmad med valg af retter, rigtig godt mad på restauranten.

Men information om turistiske muligheder om området mangelfuldte. Jeg købte en tur til vulkan Batur på hotellet. Men på hjørnet 10 meter væk kunne man få den tur for de halve. Det sjoveste er, at der var samme person, som kørte mig til turen.
Hotellet er gammel, sengetøj er grå og med huller.

Nice staff and at first look everything looks tidy and nice. Very pleased with the surroundings. However the bed was terrible like sleeping on the floor even the pillows felt like they were made of rock. Bathroom needed refurbishment badly.
Overall I would say that you can’t complain since the price was so low so we got what we paid for

Very forgettable stay. Miserable breakfast, the only thing was a good position. Beside this my wife ordered me goring , and they where made of instant noodles and some little vegetable. My wife was furious about the appalling meal.
Never again.

Nice hotel With beautiful view from the restaurant. Large rooms, we got one with a lakeview, its a bit noisy due to traffic. The Area strucles with flies and the vendors in the Area seem a bit more aggressive than in other parts of Bali. But we had a nice stay.

Это худший отель из всех, где я была. Грязный, старый и вообще без звукоизоляции. Мы купили номер с кроватью с балдахином и нас поселили Рядом с огромным котлом, где был от него такой шум, что попросили переселить.
Нас переселили в номер более низкой категории и там через стенку кашлял и храпел мужик и была слышимость такая, как будто он спит и кашляет в моей постели. А когда в соседнем номере ходили в туалет, то были слышны абсолютно все звуки. Это худший, страивай, облезлый отель. Ручка в туалет отвалилась и дверь не закрывалась!

The rooms were filthy! Everything broken! Locked in the toom when the door knob fell off! The employees lied to us over and over! Avoid at all costs

Très bien situé pour y passer une courte nuit avant l ascension du mont batur. Chambre simple.

Nous connaissions déjà cet hôtel pour y avoir séjourné il y a quelques années. Rien n'a reelemenr change à part qu'il est vieillissant.
Nous avons payé un surclassement parce que la chambre était vraiement minuscule. Petit dejeuner ni compris et minimaliste pour le prix!

Bien pour ballade autour du lac et pour faire le mont Batur.la cuisine est bonne .bon rapport qualité-prix. Un agréable resto flottant peu plus loin sur le lac.par contre wifi capricieuse.

Classic story of too much $ spent on making it look nice but the inside is not great. It said garden view room... If you're 7 and a half feet tall and can see through your shower window. Plus it had dirty hand marks all over the wall and a hole in the ceiling above them.... it was not awesome. But the cafe view is very pretty. Maybe just stop and eat there?

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Batur-See, unweit des Ausgangspunktes zum Mt. Batur. Wir hatten eine Übernachtung gebucht wg. der Sunrise-Wanderung auf den Mt. Batur.
Das Doppelzimmer war klein und sehr einfach.
Allerdings muss man berücksichtigen, dass die Übernachtung sehr günstig war
(17 € inkl. Frühstck.), für 1 Nacht war es o.k., für länger würde ich es nicht unbedingt buchen.

Hotel tres bien pour monter le mont batur (leve 3h) par contre attention aux arnaques (le guide gagne juste 100 000 rp par personne et toutes les personnes qui proposent la montée sont pareilles

We had the economic room and it was awful, the staf was helpful as we ask to change room cause the bathroom was infestated with big cockroaches.
Apparently the other rooms were a bit better

You stay there just to hike the volcano. Do not expect more than a bed and toilet. After all you will spent half a night there...

It's ok for one night stay if you are going to do Mt Batur volcano trek and don't want to travel very early from ubud. You could do sunrise volcano trekking, hot spring and Trunion village all in one day. Don't accept the trekking/spring/ village tour offers from the hotel as they tried to charge me 75 euro just for volcano trek alone. Shop around before you get there as the tour agencies can all pick you up from hotel.
