Pros:

Great facilities on-site including multiple rentable private onsen, karaoke room, convenience store, and other activities for kids. Nice yukata rental options and spacious public baths. The rooms were also bigger than we expected.

Cons:

We visited as a large group to celebrate a wedding and the staff would not help us to reserve tables so we could sit together for breakfast and dinner.

Tranquil, rejuvenating, and restoring
Pros:

Staff were friendly, courteous, and generous. They had an English speaking check-in staff ready. Very clean, had a variety of private baths. Food was fantastic and plentiful

Cons:

The shiatsu massage was excellent! The therapist was very skillful, kind, and put us at ease. I only wish they had more than one therapist on staff so my wife and I could get massage at the same time. We both enjoyed the massage very much.

This hotel is good value for the price and the facilities is much higher than normal expectation
Pros:

Both Breakfast and Dinner are very good. Besides meals, it have 7 free private natural hot springs provide all hotel guests.

Pros:

修善寺站出来乘巴士6分钟到御幸桥，下车步行3分钟即到，酒店干净，工作人员都热情专业，早晚餐丰盛，免费饮品、冰淇淋和乳酸菌饮料都很好吃，4楼7个私汤、9楼大汤池和二个露天汤池都非常棒，酒店离景点很近，下次有机会去一定多住一晚！
