Pros:

Das ziemlich große Hotel bietet insgesamt sehr viel. Neben 7 sehr schönen privaten Onsen gibt es noch öffentliche für Frauen und Männer getrennt, Massage-Sessel, Tischtennis, 5h E-Bikes frei und und und.
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Aufgrund der Größe des Hotels war der Buffet-
Bereich abends recht voll. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört.

特别棒的温泉酒店，强力推荐！
Pros:

一泊二食都是自助形式的特别棒，食物品种丰富味道鲜美。10点还有拉面吃。
温泉也很舒服，公共的和私汤都有可以自由选择。

Lovely place
Pros:

Balcony and outside private onsen bath.
Location.
Food - buffet choices.
Massage chairs on top floor.
Onsen looked good but didnt try it as it was split male/female and we had our own private bath on the balcony.

Cons:

Felt conspicuous at times being non-Japanese.
Not allowed to wear shoes anywhere in hotel which is absolutely fine but got told off for carrying them to our room instead of leaving them in a locker in reception.... so how are we to pack them in our case?!
Pillow uncomfortable and only 1 per person.

Pros:

Great place to stay with family. It's walking distance to a few nice little shops and restaurants and lovely little onsen village. Also great distance to various kid friendly activities such as aquarium, strawberry farms and rainbow village. We enjoyed our stay very much. It felt very relaxing.

perfect stay in Shuzenji
Pros:

overall, if you need an onset hotel to stay for a couple nights. This is the one with most value in Shuzenji. Room is spacious, clean, comfy. BF and dinner were more than enough compared to the price. Onsen is the core of this hotel, there are many options for you. Indoor, outdoor, 7 private baths with no extra charge! Close to the city by foot.

Cons:

the mattress was too soft .. and that all the bad thing I could come up with

Family resort
Pros:

Large onsen hotel with high capacity of rooms. The room is nice and spacious. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The individual onsen required a lot of waiting when it’s busy (we visited on a weekend). The powder seats at the public bath were always busy.
