Très agréable
Pros:

Le personnel très aimable.
L’emplacement exceptionnel.
Chambre spacieuse et propre.
Comme c’était notre anniversaire de mariage, ils nous ont préparé un gateau avec une carte de voeux et quelques friandises.

Cons:

Généralement quand je voyage avec mon enfant on lui laisse dans la chambre une peluche ou des activités pour l’occuper pendant le séjour, là nous n’avons rien trouvé pour lui.
J’ai demandé 1 grand verre de lait pour mon fils comme j’avais oublié de lui acheter avant de rentrer à la chambre, on m’a ramené 2 verre de lait qu’on m’a facturé 20€.

Pros:

A beautifully located hotel with an excellent staff.

Our room was huge with all the modern amenities, the only thing I noticed that with my iPhone could not stream as the hotel only supported Samsung equipment.

Le confort, la vue sur le bosphore restaurant ferme oblige de faire le dîner dans le lounge.

Amazing staff
Pros:

Emircan was very helpful. Reception staff also gave good information. Breakfast was wonderful and the hotel is one of the best I have had the privelage to stay in!!! Will come back for sure.
