We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Such a great trip and experience in this hotel. It is locsted in Beşiktash neighborhood which is close to a ferry station and there is a street across from the entrance full of bars, restaurants and cafes. The staff is really helful and thsughtful either. The rooms are quite clean and a very on time housekeeping service. On the floor we stayed, Seher was the one who was really kind and meticulous. The lights are great in the rooms . not too dark. Although we booked a sea view room, the noise of the passing boats and ships wasn't bothering at all. All amenities were avsilable and great such as air conditioner, coffee machine, internet and etc. Breakfast was served at 7 to 10 am. The quality of all items were incredible. If i want to tell you about the money, it is Shangrila and you must expect a higher amount of money than the other places but it is worth it.

From the time we arrived until we left, I always felt very well taken care of. The attentiveness and kindness of the staff really made us feel special! Everyone was outstanding, at the entrance, the hostess, security, reception…Also, the restaurant was really great, excellent breakfast and service, also at night was a great experience

Hotel very nice. The very best the Chinese restaurant. Very top and good service in this restaurante.
The service not very good. Not up to the level. The room view differed from the pictures in booking. I asked for equal views and they declined saying this is the room category. Kind of insinuating booking was not right and that next time better to book with the hotel directly...

Shangri La is simply the best hotel next to the Bosphorus within walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants. The food and cleanliness is excellent. The staff are very pleasant and obliging. The health club facilities especially the gym , sauna and jacuzzi are excellent and well maintained.
