Great overall stay but some room design and facilities can be reconsidered
Pros:

Very safe and convenient location. Breakfast is one of the best I have had in many hotel brands. Amazing spot for sightseeing and public transportation. You are 30 mins away from any key location in Istanbul.

Cons:

Bathroom lighting is much to desire. Hair dryer was not functioning properly. Room service can be slightly inconsistent for a top hotel brand such as Shangri-La.

Otimo Local para ficar !

Localizacao espetacular, quarto otimo, otimo local para aproveitar Istambul.

Cons:

No Checkout fui cobrado um jantar que tinha reservado, porem na chegada do hotel perguntei pela reserva e recepcao disse que nao existia. Fui entao a outro restaurante porque nao estava afim de comer comida japonesa. Por minha surpresa no final da reserva fui cobrado, deu confusao, mas no final foi resolvido. Mas tive esse extress no final da estadia.
