Pros:

Atendimento prestado por todos os funcionários foram maravilhosos, muitos prestativos.
Quarto super confortável, limpo , cheiroso, camas muito boa, banheiro ótimo.
Café da manhã muito bom.
Não deixou nada a desejar.

Simples e rápida passagem.
Pros:

Bom café da manhã, ótima localização, porém está faltando manutenção no ar condicionado e o secador de cabelos também não funcionou.

Cons:

Do ar condicionado, faz muito barulho.

A limpesa do quarto estava boa e o staff era atencioso.

Cons:

O hotel e'um pouco antigo e por isso faltou cuidado com a manutenção. A porta do banheiro estava quebrada na parte de baixo e sempre agarrava no piso.

Do atendimento de apenas um funcionário chamado Thiago.

Cons:

Os funcionários não são atenciosos. O atendimento é lento na entrada, faltou toalha e cobertor para o extra, eu um idoso me pediram para pegar na recepção, o preço do estacionamento, é cobrado a parte, isso não é explicado previamente, inclusive o valor da diária do estacionamento é mais caro que alguns da localidade, isso não é razoável, uma vez que é dentro do próprio hotel 🏨, e ainda, é informado que não se responsabiliza por materiais dentro do automóvel e temos que deixar a chave 🔑 do automóvel na portaria. No café da manhã, não há ninguém no restaurante, vc não tem como pedir algum alimento extra, só na portaria, é aquilo e pronto. Não voltarei.
