古さを楽しめるなら最高なホテル。
Pros:

温泉は利用時間も長く快適。脱衣所に烏龍茶、果物ジュースがありサウナ利用時は良い。部屋の飲み物も充実しており温泉利用後にアイスのサービスなどあり。朝食はメニュー豊富で美味しいものばかり。

Cons:

流石に古さを感じる。ルームキーは江戸時代の鍵かと思う。

Inmejorable ubicación en un hotel con estética única
Pros:

La amabilidad de los trabajadores. El hotel era bonito, y la habitación, asumiendo su estética clásica, era justo lo que esperábamos. Su ubicación es inmejorable y tiene su encanto.

Cons:

Habían obras justo al lado de nuestra habitación. Eran obras de mejora del aire acondicionado, por lo que es entendible. Los trabajadores hicieron lo posible por ayudarnos, pero en este caso no había mucha solución. Solo nos molestó el primer día, durante la tarde. Quizás ofrecernos una bebida o algún detalle de compensación hubiera sido bueno, pero la buena disposición de los trabajadores se agradece.

Quaint hotel, efficient staff, wide variety of breakfast foods available, great souvenir shop and daily entertainment.
Pros:

Rooms quaint, and generously supplied with refreshments and toiletries.

Cons:

Dated, especially being required to had in room keys every time we left the hotel.
Noise from neighbouring room easily heard.

Pros:

位置方便，就在金泽城旁边，10-15分钟走路到兼六园。走路十来分钟可到各个景点。酒店早餐种类繁多。温泉设施齐全。

Cons:

厕所灯从入住那天就是坏的，不亮了。

Pretty much average for the quality hotel experience I had expected.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, the shower hot.

Cons:

Breakfast was average, the coffee machine slow and only made a half a cup at a time. The blackout curtains were pretty much useless allowing the sun to come in at five o'clock in the morning past the edges. The staff did not tell us when we checked in that we would need a reservation at the hotel restaurant that evening since many restaurants were closed on Sundays, and the restaurant was closed to me when I came down to have dinner. That was a huge disappointment.

Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional especially a young woman at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us with the language barrier. She was exceptionally kind throughout our stay, even offering to help us with our luggage on our last day.

The ryokan is clean, unique, and full of charm, and the onsen are a real added value. The hotel feels authentic and is well located, close to the gardens and the city center.

The only minor downside was a slight smell in the hallway.

Onsen gayet guzeldi. Gerek onsendeki içecek ikramlari, gerek çıkışta dondurma dahi ikram etmeleri hoş bir ayrıntı.
Odalar geniş ve rahatti, 4 yasindaki cocugumuzla rahat ettik.Otel çocuk dostuydu.
Kahvalti cok cesitliydi, geneli bizim damak tadimiza uygun olmasa da guzel alternatifler bulabildik.
Aksam piyanistin olmasi hoştu.
konum olarak postansiyel gezilebilecek yerler icin mükemmel bir lokasyon.
istasyondan transfer otobüsü de var, otele giderken normal sehir otobüsünü kullanmistik ama dönüşte otelin otobüsünü kullandık, ararsanız anıtın olduğu çıkışta otobüslerin alani mevcut.
Oda temizliği de gayet iyiydi. Cok memnun kaldik.

Nice people/ avoid the hard beds and pillows

The staff are very nice and helpful. The room is pretty.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were very very uncomfortable. No bathroom amenities other than soap / shampoo / conditioner. No place to open luggage
