The onsen is the star!
Pros:

Great property. The private onsen is the higlight of my stay. It was incredible. The staff was incredibly nice and helping and the hotel is right next to the Kanazawa castle!

Sehr gute Lage, ganz in der Nähe der Burg und des schönen Landschaftsgartene Kenrokuen. Das Thermalbecken ist auch sehr angenehm. Musik in der Lobby und Tee am Nachmittag.

The best hotel in Japan!
Pros:

It’s t favourite hotel in Japan and I stayed here two times and hope to return. Everything is perfect here. Onsen, breakfast, style, furniture, beds are so comfortable. Personal goes above and beyond to make you happy.
The location: close to the garden, Omichi market, 10 minutes walk to Chats district. I love this hotel!

This was a great hotel. It’s well located for all the key spots to visit in Kanazawa. The onsens were in a great condition and perfect after a cold day walking around the city. Absolutely recommend

Cons:

Not a massive dislike, was maybe a 20 minute walk from the station. Cant have it all!
