Pros:

日本食のレストラン神島を願いしましたが、3日とも変化に富んだ大変おいしい食事をいただきました。あまりのおいしさに、もっと長期滞在したくなりました。ただ、連泊してホテルライフを楽しもうと思っていたのに、お風呂とプールが10時から14時まで使えないのが残念でした。

ウェルカムドリンク、お風呂後のドリンク酢が私たちの好みにぴったりで、たくさん頂きました。外国人のスタッフの方々、一生懸命な感じは微笑ましかったのですが、喋ってる言葉がほとんどわからず、雰囲気で聞いてました。

部屋は割と広めでゆっくりでき、大浴場も広く、露天風呂も、ゆっくり浸かることができます。
ただドライヤーが弱くて、髪がなかなか乾きません。Wi-Fiが弱く、携帯サクサク動きません。

接客も丁寧でバイキング方式で食事も楽しめましたが案内される席は運なのかな遠くに案内される場合は少し不便を感じる方もいると思います。プールとサウナもありお風呂も良かったですが部屋は少し古い感じ

設備は古いし食事も最高！とまでは思いませんが、温泉、景色、枕とスタッフは最高です♪
ちなみに今回は子供を連れてリピートです。子供も喜んでました。また行きます（笑）

温泉は屋内外1つずつであるが、広くて清潔感があり快適であった。サウナもあり、水風呂も広くはないが清潔で良かった。
家族連れが多く、プール利用がしづらかった点は仕方ないので、利用時間を予約制にするなどして工夫してほしい。
料理（神島）は地元の食材を使用した非常に美味しいものであった。スタッフの方の説明も明確けつ丁寧で今回の旅行で1番満足出来た点である。

Overall very good experience. Not exactly newest facility but staff is kind, runs flawless operation. Breathtaking ocean view from balcony. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
