Roland was so canny
Pros:

Roland the night staff was so nice. Such a pleasant person and enjoyed our chat. All staff were.poliye and accommodating

Cons:

Only thing we could fault is the room didnt have a fridge, it was the hottest day of the year and could of done with somewhere to keep our drinks cool

Pros:

Great central location and get free parking around the corner with your hotel ticket just a ten minute walk away from the heart of the Liverpool dock area museum liver buildings etc as well as loads of restaurants cafes and shops a clean comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Great location but room was very hot due to the air conditioning not working properly.
Pros:

Location was very good. Within a walking distance of train station and docks. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel so can't comment. We liked the themed decor, very appropriate for Liverpool :)

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn't working properly so the room was very hot. Everytime someone opened a tap there was this terrible drilling noise. The room was small for two people.

Pros:

Location was good for reaching the docks and not far from the centre. Room was very clean. Continental breakfast was lovely, area just too cramped.

Cons:

Staff weren't particularly helpful, asked for directions on the first day and was just handed a map instead - staff member couldn't locate the hotel. Asked for a local taxi service and was told to use the machine to book an Uber. Breakfast area was chaotic. Nasty smell coming from the drains.

Rooms great. Staff excellent. Shame about kitchen facilities.
