Pros:

朝食の種類が豊富でした。日本語の記載があったので日本人にとっては嬉しかったです。
部屋はとても清潔で、水回りまで丁寧に清掃されていました。
ホテルに着いたのが朝7時だったのですが、チェックイン前に荷物を預けられたのと、ラウンジのシャワールームの使用ができたので良かったです。

Cons:

部屋のWi-Fiが途中何度も切れたりしていたので、ネット環境はあまり快適とは言えなかったです。
ラウンジのシャワールームにドライヤーがあったら嬉しいです。

Pros:

Rooms were spacious & clean. Staffs were very nice taking good care of the guests.

Cons:

The Air-conditioners were not properly maintained and was taking long time to cool-down, and also the flaps/louvers were not adjustable (stuck) - particularly the one in master bedroom. Though the technicians made an effort to repair it, they couldn't fix it.

There is a supermarket under the hotel, and a 7-Eleven is close to the hotel.

Cons:

I do not understand why this hotel is rated as a five-star hotel; I feel it does not deserve this rating.
I requested a late check-out for only two additional hours, but they refused and said I had to pay an extra charge equivalent to half a day.
The receptionist’s attitude was not good.
The breakfast was very basic and did not offer many choices. It did not feel like a five-star hotel. For example, even cheese was not available.

old furniture and style, air con is not working properly, space is perfect though, cannot access balcony, pickleball court too damaged
