The night gentleman was amazingly helpful such a nice man
The breakfast was poor , didn’t seem fresh not much fresh fruit selection
basic but clean enough, could do with a revamp as looks run down.
bathroom could do with some work, also air conditioning never worked.
Prefere English breakfast, dont have
The location of the property is in a prime spot quick access to pretty much everything you need.
My room we stayed in could have done with a hoover as clearly house keeping just do rush jobs but was very dirty around the edges and dusty not nice when you have a baby at the crawling phase.
But other than that the room was ok had a good window view of the street below.
Window was screwed shut and air con doesn’t work on the 3rd floor the room was extremely stuffy because of this and all the staff could offer was a £5 desk fan which did nothing
There was a poo stained wipe next to the toilet and body fluids in the shower
The location is great for what we wanted
I have stayed the hotel many times but this time I was very disappointed the how dirty the room was. I paid for a sea view and the windows were that dirty I couldn't see the sea. The bathroom needed a deep clean.
When I arrived here on the Friday I thought what have I chose here.........
However put aside the look of the hotel and the fact its not the cleanest and I would have no hesitation staying here again
ITS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT FOR BLACKPOOL
The location is absolutely fantastic, all the good bars and nightlife is on the door step
There are 2 Wetherspoons 50m away so we had a great breakfast each morning.
The Tram Stop is straight outside on The North Pier and you can pay £10 for a day rider ticket anywhere for 2 of you
There's a beautiful restaurant 50m away called The Beach House which the food is 5 STAR
The hotel isn't the cleanest but the bed was so comfortable and the shower was fantastic
At the cost your paying for the hotel for a weekend there is nothing you can't like about it
Location and cheap.
Dirty.
Window wouldn’t shut.
Noisy at night.
Location on the front so was good staff attentive
Room keys worked ,bed comfy nice touch ,soap and shower gel
It looks tired it's not clean long hair not belonging to me on bed clothes, shower had mould a good scrub would sort air vent in bathroom constantly on through the night no way to switch off ,and the added bonus as I opened my door to leave ,a gentleman asleep in the corridor .
The location of the hotel was fine. It was close to the beach, the train station, the town centre and Blackpool Tower.
The hotel staff were also friendly and helpful.
You can smell an unpleasant odour as soon as you walk in, in the lift and in the corridors. The room doesn’t smell fresh either. The photos are either from when the place first opened or have been heavily edited, and really bear no resemblance to reality. The cleanliness of the bathroom and the room also left a lot to be desired. Some of the items added later, such as the electric heater, were barely hanging on the wall, and it was clear that this had been done as a makeshift solution on a shoestring budget.
The hotel breakfast could have been better; the eggs were cold and undercooked.
The coffee was more like milk and water with a dash of coffee.
