Nice central location, nice old building
Hotel needs redecorating and upgrading
Great location. Clean rooms
The entrance has you enter isn't the most appealing but the hotel itself is lovely and clean
Room was nice and airy most other hotels I have stayed in double rooms that were very small
Every thing was fine
The location friendly staff.
Dirty carpets especially in the hallways
Our window would not open properly even when the staff member tried then wouldn't close completely so let all the noise in. All night.
Perfect location, short walk from trainstation and is right next to the north pier. I booked the accessible twin room with a sea view and it was lovely. Bathroom was big and very accessible. Area is gay friendly and there are gay bars round the corner, I recommend the Garlands for anyone staying here.
Had to ask for a fan as the air con isnt working. The windows don't open at all and there arent any plug sockets near the bed, and the fan took up one plug socket so we had to share one plug socket on the other side of the room.
Great location. Friendly staff.
Thought there was hair dryers in the bathroom but there wasn't
Excellent location all staff were extremely helpful and friendly and accommodating
Hotel is in need of repair
Just great staff gd location
Great location particularly for the Wintergardens it’s only a short walk
The windows badly need cleaning! I had a sea view which was obscured by grimy windows. I did mention this to the reception upon checking out.
It was a great location, the bathroom was great.
It wasn't as clean as it could have been, for £10 the breakfast was not worth it. The single bed was long enough but very thin.
It was really easy to check in and early check in is available for £10 which was great as I was meeting a friend and didn’t want to waste the day. It was really central to all the main bars, even though you could hear some music until late it didn’t bother me or stop me from sleeping and it soon went off.
It could definitely do with a freshen up with paint etc but it was clean and comfortable. Just a little note to put a full spare toilet roll in the room as ran out but I could have got another one from reception if I had realised sooner so that wasn’t a problem. The water in the kettle tasted like metal which made my drink taste horrible. Maybe set out the tea and coffee nicer with maybe some biscuits just to match some of the other hotels I’ve stayed in. Just little things like that do make a difference.
Nothing!!!
The room was dirty and smelly... very uncomfortable beds... the worst hotel room I've stayed in at Blackpool when I visit every year for the Winter Gardens Soul Festival.
Staff very friendly
Bed was very comfy and was clean
Everything except bed was filthy, black mold in bathroom, obvious thick dust everywhere, homeless man taking camp on stairs
Close to the centre and very clean
