Location
Rooms lack of heating in desperate need of re furnishment
Always stay. Excellent location. Clean, well looked after and great value for money
Entrance from main street / lift a bit grim and off putting but once inside it's absolutely fine.
.
I stayed in room 108.
It needed a hoover, also could have done with a wipe down as there were *crumbs* (?) on the desk.
I didn't use the shower as I felt I would be more dirty afterwards. It had questionable stains all over. After watching lots of murder docs, I didn't fancy my chances of not potentially ruining the evidence of a crime.
The toilet was leaking, and I imagine the toilet above me was too due to the many brown stains on the ceilings in the corridor.
I didn't want to touch anything.
The only reason I was able to sleep was due to the abundance of alcohol in Blackpool.
Location is great
Just needs a quick lick of paint
It was perfect to go to get some tea and also to go to Viva Blackpool. Accessibility for Mum on her mobility scooter was Fantastic.
It’s super close to the tower as was staying for a dance competition, warm with portable heater, quite and a good size room
Our first room had flees so after going down to reception we had a room change that was dirty … hair on the bed and bathroom
Location perfect, comfy and clean and easy access with lifts.
Sea view not clear through dirty windows
Close to viva showroom. Breakfast included. 24hr desk service.
Would be nice for B.fast to go on until 9.30am or 10am at weekends instead of 9am
(B.fast is continental buffet only, no full english or hot cooked food so just needs tidying away later)
Location good just needs updating the hotel
Great Location, cheap and cheerful.
