How close it was to the tower
The smell when walking in and through corridors smells like damp.
Carpets when walking in are filthy.
Room wasnt cleaned properly, either blood or feaces smeared on walls, mould in the shower, air con didnt work. Room was dusty on shelf.
I stayed here a few years ago and was lovely, I dont understand what's happened but the place is now unkept, smells in corridors and I would never stay here again.

They said seaside view window was very dirty and broken we can’t open it and we can’t See anything from windows

I like how closely it was to we're we was going for the night
I didn't like that the room shower was not clean also in one of the room the carpet had a hole in it
The location, it was right at the end of the main strip so could walk do all the attractions with ease
Bathroom had mould on the ceiling there was big cobwebs in the corner of the room as well as damage from a leak, the walls were dusty, there was no hand soap and the shampoo dispenser was dirty and was empty

Room was very dirty, nothing like advertised, stains all over the bathroom, holes in walls and doors in the room, carpets throughout the hotel very dirty, aircon in rooms not working, fusty damp smell throughout the hotel
Needs to be shut down immediately it’s not fit for purpose

It’s in a brilliant location close to so many things for all ages, the accessibility for disabled people was brilliant our low floor room had ample room for my mums mobility scooter with a well adapted wet room
The hotel is very run down some of which can’t be helped because of the buildings age, but the cleanliness of our room and the main entrance needs some attention, we stayed the weekend but didn’t shower as the drain in the bathroom had a really bad mold smell so we covered it and didn’t use it the overall cleanliness of the room was questionable the bedding was spotless but no one had hoovered m, there was chewing gum on the head board there were wrappers under the bed and the bathroom floor was ground in with mould all in the shower area including the shower chair but other than that the staff were lovely, the food was ok and the cafe area was kept clean

No plug sockets near bedside windows windows very dirty holes in roof everywhere only one lift working had to wait ages for lift

The room was spacious, beds comfortable and the hotel was nice and central close to restaurants etc.
We would have enjoyed more hanging space and hangers for our clothing
Location was very good, staff where polite and couldn't fault, beds where clean and couldnt fault, the hotel from outside look like really nice historic building go inside and its a shit hole, need a revamp carpets are rotten, walls are marked up, one of the door had a padlock to keep it closed to a bedroom, our toilet seat keep moving so when i had a shit it moved and pinched the skin on back of my legs lol, just tell its been left back in time, but love blackpool but the whole place need a big spend from the council and bring up to date and revive the area.

Lots of Little Dead Flies in Room and some live ones Definitely needs an upgrade doing wouldn't stay there again.......
