Ben on reception was great he sorted a problem out with no fuss
I stay here quiet often, must be my 6th time now. The staff cant do enough to help, any issues they are dealt with promptly. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Location is brilliant, right in the middle of everything, cant fault the place. Will be returning soon 😊
We was moved to the 3rd floor as our TV wasn't working, there was a slight smell in the corridor apparently coming from the drains but couldnt smell it in the rooms.
Conveniently located on the promenade. Starbucks underneath and Turtle bay.
Was previously a travel lodge so same standard of rooms etc.
the bed was comfortable
hardly no power points, the room was cold was given an extra heater but got the socket very hot so could only leave on for short periods, also bathroom was very dated for a top level room.

The hotel is close to winter gardens, which was ideal for us.
The rooms are basic but decent enough for the price.
