Disappointing and was advised to claim full refund

On arrival advise we had no running water in hotel and advised we could go elsewhere. Searching for mother hotel was too time consuming as we were only there one night

It didn’t cost much but then you get what you pay for !

Needs a revamp
Pros:

The staff members on reception was brilliant and friendly. The rooms were big but very dated.

Cons:

The breakfast was very limited with just cold chopped up ham and mini cheese portions and a cold boiled egg. They had no water for 24 hours and only supplied 2 small bottles of water. They did refund the extra day

In desperate need of an upgrade & a fully working water supply

Nice break
Pros:

Staff were kind and welcoming nice location and breakfast was very pleasant

Cons:

No hairdryer or phone in the room. Dispenser in bathroom grubby. Think there was an issue with heating so was quite cold in the room

Great value for money..
Pros:

Room was easy to get to.. staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

The access point key pad was not easy to use. Key pad outside needs tobe labeled better
