Directions could be clear
Résidence pour étudiants pendant l'année scolaire, située à proximité du parc de Champagne...Idéal pour un court séjour. Accès facile, petit déjeuner proposé sur place. Le rapport qualité /prix est très honnête.
Nothingh was good, was my worst experience with an accomodation booked with Booking.Com.
1. I have tried to call the contact number twice becauise of the difficulties in finding the place due to the construction work on the street, then 2. worse descriptiopn and help by trying to enter into the garage, calling with local people I met and no responses from any "residence people" and 3. amazing, there were no bedsheets and towels, nothing in the rrom for having an ordentrly sleep after 8 hours of drive, nothing in the bathroom. Never again, the worse experience!! After being there I sent several emails, regarding explanation and reimbursement of some of the charges- no response at all!!!
Clean apartment, all required amenities available. Overall simple, but for the price i was very happy.

The place is a students dorm, so keep this in mind when booking, because the rooms look like the dorm rooms.
The bathroom was very big and clean!
There was nothing in particular that I didn't like, just the gloominess of the student dorm room :) (but it's ok if you just need a place to sleep at night)
The parking, which I "reserved" upfront, wasn't available. Luckily, there were more than enough spots to park in the street in front of the place, but still... - I made sure to reserve it with my booking
