The staff there is very friendly and they get to know you and know your needs on a daily basis. I stayed there for work and would return if I had to work there again. With the two burner and microwave already in the kitchen area if you have a small air fryer, you are set for a long-term stay.

Great customer service front desk

Traveling for work keeps me away for long stretches, but I always return to this location. Its access to major roads, restaurants, movies, and shopping makes it incredibly convenient. I especially appreciate that it’s the only hotel in the area with a full kitchen and refrigerator—an absolute game‑changer for extended stays.

The pet area is another huge plus. My little one doesn’t always operate on a perfect schedule, and having a safe, comfortable place for her makes all the difference. I always feel secure here.

The property is consistently clean and peaceful, and the staff truly stand out. Their customer service makes you feel like family, and that’s rare. This hotel has become my home away from home.

The location of this hotel felt safe and staff made it feel like I was right at home. Anytime I made a request or asked any questions, I always got quick and satisfactory responses.

Most of the Hotel Staff is nice and try to be helpful. The hotel definitely needs to be remodeled, the rugs are worn out and smell, including the rug in the elevator, not a good first impression. Makes you wonder? I mean how difficult is it to replace the rug or put some commercial vinyl flooring in a small elevator? the rugs in the hallways are bulging up and almost a tripping hazard, another easy and cosmetic fix for a hotel who is making a lot of money and almost always full, the rooms have old equipment including refrigerators that make noise with no ice maker. The room we were in smelled like it had been smoked in and the old carpet absorbed the smell, very hard to eliminate that smell once it penetrated the carpet and the pores of the walls, the room was mostly clean, it seems like the staff try to the the best they can with what they have.
I don’t understand why an IHG hotel chain would let a hotel get so degraded. Definitely do not believe or practice the broken window concept. The Hotel is next door to an Holiday Inn, same company, much nicer hotel, the area is very central and seems safe, the parking lot was well lit, the washing machines are older, 3 of them, two working one has issues, dryers worked fine.

Excellent location. Very nice hotel. Enjoyed the experience.
