Nice location and good amenities
The plumbing, every time you flushed the toilet you got what sounded like a child’s recorder recital for at least 3 minutes after every flush.
The staff at this Hampton Inn were amazing. I have worked at a five star five diamond privately owned property and the staff at Hampton inn was beyond the staff at the five star venue.
Abby was very kind and helpful upon check in and the same with Lisa at check out, but there was one person that made this place stand out. Markita spoke to everyone. Kept the morning buffet stocked and tidy. She wwnt above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy.
The pool depth is shallow. Also a room that can accommodate 4 people but only had 3 bath towels

I didn’t like having to pay for parking
After being there several times, we find everything to be very consistent between visits.
This visit seemed very high priced.
No hot water for shower/bath, didn’t like that we had to park on 4th and 5th floor of parking garage each time we parked our car. Then walk down and go into hotel.

The location was great. Size of the room and bathroom were comfortable.
We were not aware of the $20 a night parking fee until we got there. The sheets were stained on one of our beds. The beds/pillows were very uncomfortable. There was a terrible sewer /
Sulfur smell in the lobby the entire time we were there. Several guests commented on it. When we asked the front desk they said they didn’t smell it. We never ate breakfast there due to the smell.
