Sin ascensor. Desayuno sencillo en un bar al lado. Aunque se llame Utrecht, no está cerca (20 minutos en coche) Zona de bares cerca, sin mucho aislamiento.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

De locatie is fijn als je in het centrum van Zeist wil zijn. Maar als dat niet perse het geval is, kies dan vooral iets anders. Ik heb het hotel uitgekozen omdat er een hond mee ging. Ik begrijp nu ook waarom dat mag. De standaard ligt erg laag!

Cons:

De staat van het hotel is ronduit slecht te noemen. Het sanitair is alleen te bereiken als je slank bent. De tegels in de badkamer zijn kapot en het is oud.
Het was buiten warm, maar binnen nóg warmer. Echt heel vies. Je kunt amper slapen met zulke temperaturen. Er is geen lift en het is gehorig. Er staat dat er geen airco is, maar er wordt volgens mij ook niet gelucht. Niet te doen dit.

Mijn vermoeden is dat het bed niet schoon was, wat later bevestigd werd door een diagnose schurft! Ik kan het niet hard maken, maar ik heb geen partner of losse contacten, geen kinderen en ik ben de afgelopen tijd alleen hier geweest, buiten mijn eigen bed om.
Het bevestigd dat dit hotel echt flinke steken laat vallen!!

You get what you pay for - I won’t be returning 😃
Pros:

If you are planning on staying only in Zeist area , then the hotel is located in a great place in Zeist close to the bus stop to go to Utrecht, but at the weekends I needed (like a weekday) to get a bus at around 6am , but the earliest leaving Zeist on Saturday is 6.45am and Sunday is 7.45am and my event meet up time in Utrecht was 6.55pm - so had I known that the early morning weekend bus service is rubbish I wouldn’t have stayed there, but I did like how breakfast staff rang a taxi for me immediately and gave me a complimentary coffee while waiting .
The bed was comfy and the shower was mediocre . The price was good however relative to hotels in Utrecht and was 50% less than the Crowne Plaza Utrecht but i guess you get what you pay for

Cons:

There is no lift to take luggage from reception to first or second floor

The stairway to the rooms was extremely dangerous , steep and there is a narrow gap between steps so one has to be very careful walking down them or walk sideways down them , which adds extra time if you are in a hurry .
There was no sink stopper in the sink so I could not have a wet shave and when I asked for a sink stopper to be left in the sink- they ignored my request .
There is no air conditioning in the room which is not good for sleeping in the hot inclement weather and i couldn’t leave the window open because of the noise from outside traffic and the bar across the road which stays open after 1am
There is no mat in shower and there should be because on first morning I nearly slipped in shower and injured myself .
