A very pleasant stay with exceptionally kind staff, fast service, and good value for money.
Pros:

The staff were extremely kind. Check-in was very fast, and check-out was even faster. They responded quickly to my request for a receipt. The price was reasonable as well. Whenever possible, I will definitely choose to stay at The Social Hub again.

Cons:

Sometimes, the key cards used to access the rooms became demagnetized quite quickly. Since I was staying in room 500 and something and only elevator C was working, I had to walk quite a long way to reception to get a replacement. The staff were, of course, very kind and helpful, but these structural issues unfortunately prevented me from giving the hotel a 10.
I also think they should provide physical receipts rather than sending them only by email. However, these are the only negative points I can think of, as I had a very good time overall.

C'est la 3ème ou 4ème fois que nous revenons dans cet hotel... Le "top" à Rotterdam... que ce soit l'emplacement, le calme, le confort et le personnel !

Overal very good and happy with my stay
Pros:

It was what we needed. A bed and good breakfast.

Cons:

Didn't have much time to stay in the rooms. So for now no bad things.

Prima bestemming met nog een paar verbeterpuntjes.
Pros:

Ontvangst was goed personeel vriendelijk.
Door een trucje bij booking.com maar 1 ontbijt gereserveerd in plaats van 2.
Ontbijt was heel goed, lekker en uitgebreid.

Cons:

Hygiene was in de badkamer niet heel goed.

Cons:

Temperatuur van de kamer. Was gewaarschuwd voor temperatuur op de 6e verdieping maar achteraf vroeg ik me af waarom ik überhaupt op die kamer was geplaatst. Het koelde in de nacht nauwelijks af maar gezien de afstand van mijn kamer tot de receptie en omdat ik al helemaal was geïnstalleerd had ik geen puf om te vragen om een andere kamer.

Ik vond het heel uniek ingericht op een goede manier👍 ik heb genoten van mijn uitje weg en vond de kamer ook heel fijn.

Ik vond het jammer dat je niet echt kon avond eten maar dat is oke want er was genoeg locaties in de buurt.

The location is near to a tram halte, so the transportation is very convenient. The facilities are new and well functioned, the sheets are clean. Worths every penny spent.
