Отличен престой в The Social Hub Rotterdam!
Pros:

Хотелът е на много добро и удобно място – на пешеходно разстояние от центъра и точно до трамвайна спирка. Персоналът беше изключително усмихнат и услужлив. Стаите бяха чисти и комфортни, а атмосферата в хотела е модерна и много приятна. Определено бихме отседнали отново!

Pros:

Het hotel wordt deels verhuurd aan studenten, dus je hebt het idee dat je in een studentenhuis bent. Dat is wel fijn om van tevoren te weten, want dan hadden we wel iets anders geboekt.

Cons:

Er was geen airco in de kamer en we zaten op de 5de verdieping en het was 30 graden buiten. Dus binnen was het ook heel warm en niet goed koud te krijgen. Als je het raam open deed hoorde je heel veel geluiden van buiten.

Ottimo hotel con molti servizi
Pros:

Hotel comodo e ben strutturato, collegato al centro dal tram 1 che lascia direttamente all'angolo della struttura e può portarvi fino a Rotterdam Centraal.
La camera risulta piacevole, anche se qualche miglioria si potrebbe applicare, ma nel complesso l'abbiamo trovata adeguata a 2 persone. Letti e cuscini comodissimi, abbiamo dormito molto bene.
Ottima la presenza di un frigorifero e di un microonde, oltre alle piastre elettriche per chi volesse cucinare e un bollitore per gli amanti del tè (come noi). Vengono fornite giornalmente capsule per il caffè e bustine per il tè.
Il bagno è ampio, motivo per cui il lavandino così piccolo stona un po', ma era comunque utilizzabile. Sfrutterei lo spazio presente per aggiungere un piano di appoggio più comodo. Box doccia di buone dimensioni e ben funzionante.
La pulizia è stata puntuale ed impeccabile ogni giorno.
Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare vorrei citare la bravissima Sol, che ci ha accolti calorosamente al check-in ed è stata anche molto disponibile quando le abbiamo chiesto 2 tazze da usare per il tè in camera.
Spazi comuni molto belli (biliardo, ping-pong, spazi di co-working e lavanderia con lavatrici ed asciugatrici).

Cons:

Vorrei suggerire solo qualche miglioria per l'arredamento delle camere.
Sicuramente sarebbe meglio avere una seconda sedia e magari rivedere la gestione degli spazi, in modo da mettere un tavolino al posto della piccola scrivania. Aggiungerei una tenda "da giorno" che permetta di avere luce in camera, ma al tempo stesso anche privacy.
Metterei una TV più moderna, che dia accesso ai servizi di streaming o alla possibilità di effettuare il cast dal proprio telefono.
