A fost curat si personalul exceptional si amabil.
Baia avea o problema cu scurgerea la dus si dupa ce am facut baie, s a inundat toata podeaua. Nu aveau scurgere asa ca baia a ramas inundata.
Nu inteleg de ce nu au mentionat dinainte ca imi retin depozit de 50 euro pt "potentiale" daune
То что при заселение с вас берут 50€, то что не указано при бронирование. Их не возвращают.. парковка где-то в 800 метрах и та платная
The staff. The simple process of things. Everything seamless
The hotel overall was very nice with lots of facilities. Location is also very convenient with tram station just outside the hotel.
I had to go down to the reception for toilet paper after calling them for continous half an hour, the room service entered in the room without knocking, there were stains at my duvet cover. Staff at reception was okay
I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, the helpful staff, and the clean, comfortable facilities. The location was also perfect—just a 6-minute bike ride from the university.
The room was clean and modern, with a very comfortable bed and a nice supply of water and tea/coffe in the room. Daily cleaning meant the room was always spotless. The check-in is very flexible and hassle-free.
