Great location

Hotel is okay, however the listing shows parking was included in price, that was not true, we had to pay for parking additionally per day.
The hotel had trouble accommodating full sized beds and provided twin beds to sleep two or more guests instead of full sized/queen beds.
The overall place needs renovation work as parts of the hotel were restricted outside because outdoor tiling was a hazard and needed repairs.

飯店真的蠻乾淨，浴室磁磚亮晶晶，餐廳服務生很認真補餐點，房間床不是沙發床，這很棒，從車站走回飯店會經過小瓢蟲超市，缺點就是真的比較老舊，需要爬一個大爬坡，

Básico y de difícil acceso si vas sin coche (si vas con coche, mejor: hay parking). Buen desayuno.

Loved the view and the balcony. There was a deer in the garden one morning. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice even almond milk. The location is quite. Rooms are spacious with lots of storage.

Hotel ia pretty old. They say about free parking but there’s a fee. WiFi doesn’t work inside the room. Breakfast is good.

POSITIVES:

- the view made my stay
- room was spacious
- best breakfast I've had in the past 2.5 weeks (CR & POL) in terms of selection.
- friendly, accommodating staff
- removed from city centre, so outdoor surroundings peaceful
- towel warming rack
- elevator
- good value

NEGATIVES:

- wifi is atrocious, not just in the room but had difficulty at front desk as well
- if you only speak English, you will encounter some language barriers.
- this is about a 25-min walk from main station and the last 10 minutes is all uphill. There is no bus passing by.
- great tv options...if you speak Polish.
- walls are paper thin--be prepared to hear the guy next door snoring
- no refrigerator

Despite all these negatives, I still really enjoyed my stay and would have gladly stayed a 2nd night if they had a room free.

Hostess watching and counting how many pisess of the food you eat. After that the hostess will propose food for extra money if you want to eat more.
They newer clean your room during your stay. Wery thinks is in broken in the bathroom. Hooks set foliing down from the wall.. Windows very dirty.floor broken and dirty. Kitchen staff and servants are very anpleasant,ruth.But they are not counting food when they eating breakfast before they open room for breakfast. You can see them by the window !!!!
I pay for my papy york terier and nothing else is in the room for dog !!!! Do not come back there . Sheer the fact on the World. Me and my family are not going to back .!!! From NY .

Wi-Fiが弱く繋がらない時間多かったです。室内の作りは古いです。ホテルに行くには急坂を登らなければならず、車で来ない人は大変です。しかし、窓からの山の眺めはとてもよく、朝食もよく、費用も安いです。

Nice room and delicious breakfast. Close enough to easily walk into the town centre, to the train station and the thermal baths

My first impression driving to the hotel, was have I made a mistake. The hotel is quite dated, and with a derelict hotel next to it. However, check in staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a family room with 2 rooms both with very comfortable beds. The towels and bed sheets were high quality. Most noticeable about the room was how very clean it was. Breakfast was nice Polish style and was fresh every day. For the price I found the hotel great. The only down side was the Wi-Fi was not very strong. Also it’s at the top of a hill, so very quiet.

The staff cannot speak English at all. It’s hard to communicate with them. Also the wifi connection was bad but the staff in the counter wasn’t willing to help. Quite disappointed with the experience.

Gdyby troche zainwestowac pieniędzy w renowacje obiektu, to bylby to najlepszy obiekt w Zakopanem. Widok z balknow jest przepiekny, jest cicho, sniadania sa bardzo dobre.

Ośrodek zaniedbany, wymaga dofinansowania.

Etwas abgelegen, aber dafür ruhig und ein gutes Frühstück.

Ebookers adverised breakfast but upon check in the lady said that no breakfast would be given with my booking , we had an argument. The hotel was old , needs renovation and you have to walk up a very steep hill down a very dark country road

Das Hotel erinnerte uns etwas an ein sowjetisches "Erholungsheim". Die Rezeptionsdamen sitzen vor einem riesigen Haufen Unterlagen, wie im Büro, und sind stundenlang am Telefonieren. Kurz nachdem wir das Zimmer bezogen hatten, begann von der Decke Wasser zu tropfen. Die Reaktion der Rezeptionsdame, in einem ziemlich gelassenen Ton: "Ich weiß Bescheid, dauert 10 Minuten". Nach unserem 2-stündigen Spaziergang goß es bereits wie aus dem Eimer - erst dann durften wir das Zimmer wechseln. Das Frühstück wurde nicht als Buffet serviert, sondern für jedes Zimmer wurde ein Platz reserviert (meistens 1 Tisch für mehrere Zimmer). Auf dem Tisch war das Essen bereits für alle gedeckt, teilweise standen Teller (z.B. Salat) offenbar mehreren Personen zu. Selbst abgesehen von Covid ist das aus unserer Sicht weniger hygienisch als ein Buffet, weil keiner sehen kann, was die Vorgänger am Tisch mit den gemeinschaftlichen Tellern gemacht haben. Alles in allem schmeckte das aufgetischte Essen aber sehr gut.
Das Hotel wirbt mit Massagen, allerdings haben wir lediglich eine Telefonnummer der Masseurin bekommen, um selber Termine zu vereinbaren (haben wir nicht gemacht, weil wir nicht wussten, was das kostet und ob wir auf Sprachbarrieren treffen).
Fazit: Man kann so ein Ambiente durchaus charmant finden, wenn Kindheitserinnerungen / Nostalgie damit verbunden sind. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Unterkunft stimmt auf jeden Fall.
