Pros:

La ubicación en el centro

Cons:

Por la noche la puerta está cerrada, no tienen timbre, tuvimos que llamar varias veces por teléfono y esperar en la calle con frio, bajamos a recepción por un problema y no había nadie y gente esperando en la calle.

La papelera del baño estaba llena de basura. Nunca supe si fue un olvido o estaba toda la habitación sin limpiar, porque la recepcionista me ofreció un cambio de habitación.

Regular para ser un 4 estrellas.
Pros:

Buena ubicación, camas grandes y habitación amplia.

Cons:

Hacía muchísima calor, no se podía regular la calefacción desde la habitación y por la noche era horrible. Por la noche llegamos y estaba la puerta cerrada y no había nadie en la recepción ni nadie cogía el teléfono, estuvimos un rato esperando en la calle a altas horas de la madrugada hasta que se abrió la puerta.
Las almohadas muy finas y pequeñas.
