Klima bakımı zamanında yapılmadığı için odamızda ısınamadık başka oda verdiler, biz aile olarak kaldığımız için büyük odada kalıyorduk ama başka büyük oda olmadığı için küçük odada çok konforlu olamadık erken ayrılmak zorunda kaldık. personelin ilgisi çok iyiydi ama hafta sonu olduğu için tamir edemediler ve çok kötü bir konaklama geçirdik, üzgünüm.
Great location and the staff were amazing, Naomi was so helpful recommending areas to go even taking the time to show us on a map. Rooms were lovely modern and clean and loved having a coffee machine in the room
One of the best places to stay in Milan, with an excellent location and outstanding service.
I truly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is right in the heart of the city — just a few steps from the Duomo. This made it easy to take beautiful photos of the Duomo at any time of day, often without crowds. Getting around the city was also very convenient.
The room was surprisingly spacious for Milan. It comfortably accommodated three people and three suitcases without feeling cramped at all.
What impressed me most was the service. From the moment I made the reservation, the team reached out with helpful recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants in Milan.
Throughout the stay, they were always happy to help and responded almost immediately whenever we needed assistance.
Staying here truly enhanced my Milan experience, and I would highly recommend it.
Amazing location and service
What a gem! Stylish, cheerful service and perfect location. What more could you ask for? Our room was very spacious, quiet and opened out to a cute courtyard. The concierge was extremely helpful and always available. The breakfast, which was included, was good too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to everything in Milan.

Minha filha ficou presa no boxe com duas crianças durante 45 minutos , porque a porta saiu do trilho e o sistema de segurança não funcionou com água fria e sem toalhas
Es war sauber aber schon runtergekommen
Laut, hellhörig, die Klima also im Winter Heizung ist sehr laut und morgens ist es sehr kalt denn weil man sie abschalten muss. Auch der Kühlschrank ist sehr laut. Sowie kann man alles hören was in innen Hof passiert. Bei der Buchung stand das es einen dpa Bereich hat. Hat es nicht NICHT! Es gibt lediglich 1 Zimmer mit einem jacuzzi. Das Personal Rezeption wirkte leider arrogant und man fühlt sich abgezockt.
