Sehr bequeme Betten. Die Terasse ist sehr gemütlich. Frühstücksraum sehr elegant und sauber. Zimmer geräumig.

Great hotel, super room, excellent location, and fab staff
Pros:

Excellent hotel in great location, very near Duomo but still quiet. Super room, spacious, bright and spotlessly clean (even under the bed with a fun message waiting for those who checked!), large bathroom, great shower, and good additions like hair dryer and excellent coffee machine. Finally, all of the staff were fab, genuinely friendly and super helpful

Após minha família tomar banho, água quente acabou no quarto. Tomei banho frio.

Cons:

Firstly, the hotel claims to have parking, but it doesn't. When I asked where to park, they recommended a nearby public paid parking lot. Secondly, upon check-in, the receptionist forgot about the complimentary bottle of wine, which was also mentioned on the website when booking. She only brought it after I asked about it. Furthermore, there wasn't even a complimentary bottle of drinking water. It was noisy outside at night, with the constant rattling of metal structures. Another unpleasant detail was the stale ham at breakfast.

Ничего, кроме местоположения. Уставшие номера с оклеенными фото обоями. Ничего от дизайнерского бутик-отеля. Даже не было в номере бесплатной бутылки воды. Отель , как и номер соответствует не более чем 3 звезды
