Excellent location close to Duomo

Top Lage, Absolutes super freundliche kompetentes Personal in allen Bereichen,tolles grosses modernes Zimmer.

In summary, shower head needs cleaning, furniture and mirror is tiring/rusting, lots of noise (mainly from staff we think, loud at night) view from balcony was awful, had the staff laundry cage to look at all of our stay. The shower needs cleaning and re-sealing.

I booked a deluxe double for a short stay with my friend to explore Milan, hotel is opposite McDonalds, very close to duomo and galleria (less that 3 min walk). The hotel itself is average, entrance is small and clean, no real lobby area.

Reception is tiny but modern. Staff are friendly, wanted me to write my credit card details down on a piece of paper for deposit which I didn’t feel was very secure.

The room itself was metres behind the gym and reception which wasn’t ideal and next to a staff cupboard/area. Could hear lots of noise throughout our stay, banging at 3am 5am and 7am - disrupted our sleep.

The view was terrible - had a staff metal laundry cage to stare at the whole stay.

Pictures on the website of a deluxe double look different to what I received.

Furniture in the room felt cheap, tired and needing updating in areas.

Best part of this hotel is the location.

Wouldn’t book again.

We received a lovely warm welcome to this wonderful hotel, it is perfectly situated close to the Duomo and Milan’s fantastic shopping. Lots of places to eat on the doorstep, but if you want the full local food experience you need to book the some of the great restaurants Health . We had friendly service was a fantastic experience. We were very well looked after throughout our visit and really enjoyed ourselves."

We stayed at The Street Milano Duomo in February 2026 for the Olympics. The location was absolutely perfect - one block from the Duomo & major Metro stops, surrounded by wonderful restaurants, shopping and the Galleria. The service at this hotel was also incredible. Our daughter loved the gelato restaurant across the street - the best in Milan-- and really wanted to visit there each night. Our Olympics events ended each night after the gelato place closed. We sent What's App requests to the hotel and they sent someone to place the gelato orders, pay for the orders and store them in freezer until we returned. Absolutely incredible service. We will return to this hotel. It is perfect for families and perfect location and very nice.

What a fabulous hotel. I have never stayed anywhere in the world where the staff make you feel so welcome. Every staff member we meet were so warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.
We were unfortunately only here for 2 nights but would definitely stay at The Street Milano again.

We came to Milan for the Olympics and this was the PERFECT hotel! Our room was huge , staff was amazing, location can't be beat. It is located on a small street next to the galleria and the duomo. The viral food place Luini is right next store along with a lovely restaurant an McDonald's. The ladies at reception became friends and since there are only 11 rooms you felt very at home!! Will definetly be back!

Great location and the staff were amazing, Naomi was so helpful recommending areas to go even taking the time to show us on a map. Rooms were lovely modern and clean and loved having a coffee machine in the room

One of the best places to stay in Milan, with an excellent location and outstanding service.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is right in the heart of the city — just a few steps from the Duomo. This made it easy to take beautiful photos of the Duomo at any time of day, often without crowds. Getting around the city was also very convenient.

The room was surprisingly spacious for Milan. It comfortably accommodated three people and three suitcases without feeling cramped at all.

What impressed me most was the service. From the moment I made the reservation, the team reached out with helpful recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants in Milan.

Throughout the stay, they were always happy to help and responded almost immediately whenever we needed assistance.

Staying here truly enhanced my Milan experience, and I would highly recommend it.

Amazing location and service

What a gem! Stylish, cheerful service and perfect location. What more could you ask for? Our room was very spacious, quiet and opened out to a cute courtyard. The concierge was extremely helpful and always available. The breakfast, which was included, was good too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to everything in Milan.
